I went yesterday to make my telephone payment and Mrs. Eva told me to do it online if I don't have a bank card!!! Every time I go he is in a bad mood and if I don't buy something he doesn't want to help me... I don't understand why I am a customer of that store, it hurts about their service.

We went yesterday to pick up a phone because mine was bad, Mrs. Eva was very rude and did not want to help us with an unfair extra charge, we returned the next day and if not they were able to help us with the extra charge. Terrible service on your part... No desire to return to her ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I had the best customer service experience with the store Manager Eva. She was very helpful and answered all my questions I had. She got me a great deal on 2 phones for a Christmas gift. I highly recommend anyone to come by and speak with her.

Worst customer service ever, those two girls misled me to paid for something that at the end did not work. I got charge twice first $48.00 to just put a new SIM card into my second devise because supposedly the old SIM card was not going to work when switching devices and it did not work at the end. So because I had to have my service work to make phone calls etc, these two girls put the SIM card back to my old devise and charge me again $14 dollars. Not only I got robbed, but the customer service those two girls delivered was awful and rude. I will never ever will stop in that place again and I suggest to people not to stop there ever

Went in yesterday to make a payment and when we tried to pay with cash, the cashier grabbed the money and said she didn't have change which isn't a problem if she asked us nicely to go get change but she threw the money back to us just because my husband asked in a playful way why she didn't have change and she started to walk away with a rude attitude and told us to leave while cursing at us and threatening us and she said that my husband was disrespectful for asking although I clarified that he was just asking a playful way , this place always had nice customer service throughout the years but this girl was the worst so far but I don't her name so I couldn't report her
