Horrible service. The lady here likes to lie to get commission. Then when you come back for a refund she tells you to call metro. She is a liar and a thief. Do not come here!

Metro by T-Mobile: I have had over 12 hours of inept customer support and management who keeps changing my plan and blocking from completing required survey. One supervisor stayed on my line for almost 2 hours to not provide the survey ID#36571. Then I called for survey and Mej # 915748 states she is “fixing it”. I asked several times what she was fixing and still no answer she did however transfer me to a supervisor Frank #5209 who upon transfer removed my mobile data which caused me not to complete the survey and have to call back talking to pompous Joe 504385. I have been a customer since 2014 and wow what a way to treat loyal customers.Customer support in stores is also lacking anyways. If I could put this on all their company sites I sure would. Filed a complaint with service providers T-Mobile as well.

On the 02-11-23, I went to T-Mobile. I just left Walmart T-Mobile Pre Pay Phone. So here I am in Laveen,AZ. at T-Mobile store. This employee by the name Charlie ,whom is pregnant. She sales me a phone and I join the new pre pay set up. Well I payed $167.00 and some change. $50 of it was a deposit. Now on the 2-24-23, My phone service is suspended. I politely go to the store. She doesnt have any concerns. Her coworker says im connected to my old prepayed account from Wal Mart T-nobile. Also my bill is $109.00... WTH, Iexplain that the old account was payed off and I moved forward by openning anacount at this store with a faster phone and all. He says you have to waite 90 days. Then he says I need to call T-Mobile customer service and have them fix it. I called right there inside the store. I allso asked Charlie to speak with her company. ofcourse she didnt reply. Next the T-mobile customer service is asking me to get the employee who did this on the phone. She ignores my request and the company request. So I tell the man there that since the 14 days have not came to refund my money. His so claimed to be manager and him held me and the customer service who is on the phone up for over thirty minutesmore really acted ignorant. Customer service guy who is on my phone is apologizing to me. I paid cash money. They only gave me $49.97 back of my money. WOW Its all on camera. I guess Ill have to take Pregnant Charlie and her team to court. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT THIS STORE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS,AND NOT GOOOD REPRESENATIVES. From Kenneth Robinson,Laveen,AZ

Usually, I get irratated when I have to go to a phone store which can take forever. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. Melyssa truly cares if her customers have a great experience or not. If you need a t- mobile store this is the one to visit and Melyssa is the one to ask for! Thank you for all your help.

The young lady Jasmine that was the only one working was so incredibly nice, attentive and professional. It was very busy and I sat and watched her multitask like a boss. She definitely needs a raise. She was able to answer all of our questions and convinced us to switch our phone carrier to metro pcs. Because of her amazing service we felt great about our switch for all four of our lines. Purchased all new phones and she was very knowledgeable and able to help pick the best phones for my family and I. Thank you Jasmine for such great service.

We went to this T Mobile location to upgrade our phones. We are coming from Sprint so we were intentional with finding locations that could support this transition over. Signs on the door confirmed that sprint customers were in the right place but when we went in, we were told they couldn't help us with our accounts. Don't advertise that you can do something and then not do it.

went there because my phone i had bought there wasn't charging and i was told another store will call me to collect my new ordered phone but in vain. its been a month and i visited the place twice and called twice. i ended up going to phoenix and was told they didn't make my order or contacted the other place. was disgusted.

Well, i went into the Metro P.C. and the young lady was already helping a customer. When she saw me she asked if i was there to pay a bill. But i said no. I needed some information. So she says," I'll be right with you", so i said ok. When it was my turn, i asked her about some information that i needed on my phone. But she referred me to Corporate office. Ok. Then i asked her if she had any shield for my phone? She looked up my phone number, went to the back and said,"no", there are no shields for my type of phone. My phone was to old?.ooook. Then i asked hear if she had any phone covers for my type of phone? She said, "no". Not for my type of phone.??. Don't get me wrong, she did her job, BUT, didn't even look how far I've had my phone, no offers, ?no nothing. I've been with Metro P.C. for along time. But i guess that doesn't count?. Oh well, she saved me money by not offering me any thing. Sorry?, Thank God you guys have other stores. I Hope my experience will be different. ?, who knows.?

I just left the store super upset because I was asking the girl questions about what exactly I was paying for and her answer was "that's just what you have to pay." And I told her "you have to break it down for me, what am I paying for?" And she looked at me and said "okay you're confusing me now.".......? Are you fucken kidding me? Are you stupid? I had to leave before I slapped her cause my had was shaking.
