Bought a speaker and didn’t work went the next day to exchange it and they said the manager was not available to come back on Monday went again on Monday and still no manager so they told me to go to a different store where the manager was, once I got there the manager stated she couldn’t refund or exchange $80 jbl speaker . So I’m basically stuck with a broken speaker and $80 down the drain. I read the receipt and it states all devices or accessories can be refunded within 14 days and they still failed to honor it! That’s a way to treat your customers!!UPDATE: spoke with the owner and he made it right! Thank you for your understanding!

I got a new phone on 4-25-23 and payed for full coverage for insurence on my new phone but today 5-3-23 I find out that I had no insurance put on my account even after I paid for the insurance in the first place

Attempted to pay my bill online and over the phone, neither of which have worked the past 2 months. Last month I went into a different location on 7th st and Indian School and they waved the $5 service fee because it clearly is not my fault that I am unable to pay another way. I went in to this location and was 'helped' by Luis who refused to find any other solution other than paying $5 for something out of my control. Metro has been great to me, but I do NOT recommend this location. Use logic and decency when dealing in customer service- which they clearly lacked here.

2 young girls were working. They didn't have the phones we wanted but assured us the A13 was a good phone with a "great" camera. We had an upgrade where it should cost $189 we each paid $332! I thought/assumed it was processing fees but got home and saw I was charged $44 for a charger! (Don't those come with the phone) And another$40 for a case she said was free!! ...BTW the camera blows and she never transferred our photos over. I hate hating my phone, so sad .

Great store. Rachell has the best customer service I've seen in a long time. In these times we need it. She is worth going to this store. She knows the phones and will help with whatever price range you need. She's a role model employee should be put into management. So glad I found this location because the one by me isn't that great of customer service. Thank you Rachel
