Walked in around noon on Tuesday July 15th. An older latina lady was “helping” us out as she continued to tell us to follow directions on our screen. It clearly wasn’t working but she couldn’t see that and continued to say we need to actually read what the screen says and follow directions. If you don’t want to provide customer service then don’t work there. That nasty attitude she has isn’t helping or contributing to your store in any way. She talks to you like if you’re stupid and even seemed bothered that we walked in. She then continues and says you can only do it on a computer screen. Isn’t that why you have one?? No customers in sight and offered no additional help whatsoever.

10 min till close and the rude chick that works there locked the door as I was opening the door. She was with a customer still and said the system was down then how are you checking them out is what I would like to know. I hope your store owner reads this and lets you know you just cost them business

I have come here many times and always have a bad experience. I'm either sent to a different store that can help me, wait forever when I am told in 30 seconds to call customer service, I've seen a girl behind the counter get marijuana delivered, I'm not greeted when I come in and have to wait forever when I could be simply asked when I walk in if I'd like to wait and what do I need. I've had enough of this place, I will not be back, ever! Go to any other location but this one... I bought a phone on Amazon and had it connected no problem, today I bought one from Walmart and was told only customer service can connect it, then she laughs like it's funny after I waited... should've went to the other location like I did with the Amazon phone last time. Waste of my time going here, no help.

Went in last Wednesday in the evening to Port over a used phone and the girl behind the desk was super helpful and courteous. No complaints here.

Why doesn't metro by the moble ever have the newest samsung phones. Always have the newest apples but never samsung. That's the only thing I dislike about this company. Been with the company over 10 yrs and not once have i baught a new samsung with them. I always have to go buy one then bring it back to switch out when I upgrade. It's do sad that I have to do that.

i came in because my service isnt working, its been on and off. they tried everything and my iphone 11 still wont work and i talked about getting a upgrade to just the next iphone because i need a working phone right now. been patient with them she told me to call back thursday if i wanted to upgrade so she can order the phone before my bill is due to switch the phones on the plan, just to call and have a lady tell they cant do that. waste of my time and my service with them is still not working even though im paying for service.

Literally incapable of explaining the Simplist thing such as the phone they are selling that you have to provide a wall plug in for is c cell to cell.im literally about to drop metro bunch of high school drop outs

First of all Brenda at 19th ave and bell rd phoenix, was AMAZING help! OK, so here is what happened , I bought a new phone and went to the store on 67th Ave and Bell Road in Glendale. Since it was close to my work. The girl at the 67th ave store did not speak English, turned multiple customers away because she couldn’t understand what they were asking. And then asked me to translate for her. Then She asked me what I was looking to do and I explained I was looking to connect the new phone I had just purchased. First time she tried it, had no luck, she changed my Sim card into the phone, and claimed that the phone was locked. Then she called her manager, and the manager was trying to tell me that the phone was locked also. I knew it wasn’t because I had purchased it online. After another failed attempt of her trying to activate my phone. I left with my phone, only having Internet and texting capabilities. I was so upset. To top it off, she charges me an activation fee and a screen glass fee. Which she did not apply to my phone. When I corrected her, she did refund me the glass amount. But still. So I frantically am trying to find a store that is still open to help me with this mess. & it was here at 19th Ave. and Bell Road, I explained the situation to Brenda not only was she able to correct the fact that the girl at 67th ave connected my phone as a tablet line. She also saved me money! I’m am so grateful for her kindness, I probably was a little annoying Since I was frustrated. Anyways, All HAIL Brenda. She was amazing!
