Michael's was awesome. Customer service was fantastic with updates via text almost daily and the job was finished 3 days earlier than estimated. Workmanship is great. My truck looks like it wasn’t even in an accident.

Michaels Collision really treated me and my BMW well! So happy with the service, I am very happy with the results. The staff was professional and courteous, they made sure to answer any questions and made the whole process very pleasant. And when I got my car back after the body work, it was cleaned and detailed! Great place great people went there for repairs years ago and they did a great job so when I had a minor issue with another vehicle I thought of them. Went in to ask about an emblem replacement and the nice gentleman I wish I could remember his name but he basically did the job right there and didn’t charge for it. He could have quoted a price for the help but they are great people there and won’t cheat you like some other businesses would do. Great place would recommend and would return for future business.

First of all I’m a Veteran I came too your collision for an estimate upon arrival Michael Laiserin the owner Gave me.an estimate for a ford mustang 2012 front bumper, Veterans discount only $66.00
Which is sad as hell. Too make things even worse he told me too call Friday and Tira who leaves me a message on trying to get an OEM. Bumper. Instead of after market. I let Tira a message on Friday, AND Saturday. Never returned my calls or this concern
This is the way your shop does business being from back east. Never RECOMMEND WHAT so ever. Michael you could step in. Being that you’re the owner. Beware
