Came in for halloween decor and everyone was so nice and helpful ! Later in the day I put in a mobile order and they were so quick to get it done and help with my project ! I recommend 100%

Not the real location. Just go to the regular Michael's store nearby and save yourself time.

The young blond male manager with thick black eyeglass frames at this location is dishonest. He does not support Michael's corporate policies. He refuses to return items with valid receipts. Do not shop at this sham location.

Came in because I had a gift card and the items I wanted were in store only. asked them to check the balance, they weren't able to, tried to used my gift card it wouldn't slide nor could she punch in the numbers to manually use it she said. Left without buying anything. You lost a $70 sale.

I'm not going to lie, I'm a little annoyed that they cancelled my pickup order even though they claimed to have many in stock of my item. I then thought maybe their system was messed up and they didn't have said item and we proceeded to pick up another order from this location that my fiance had placed. When we arrive, first thing I see is multiples of the items I ordered? I'm not sure what enticed them to cancel my order but I lost out on my 40% coupon and I refuse to pay full price for the item that they claimed they didn't have. Was it laziness? I sure hope not because it's not that busy of a Michaels. There were plenty of other pickup orders ready as well so again, not sure why they cancelled mine. The only reason I could think of is my name. I honestly don't usually care about 'Karen' jokes because I don't identify with the stereotype but I've noticed more and more people cancelling my pickup orders and I'm very sad to say, I was hoping Michaels would never be one of them. I still love Michaels and will continue to frequent them but this location left a bad taste in my mouth. And instead of calling a manager, I will just speak to the internet's manager, Yelp. ;P
