I recently took my vehicle to Midas, where Miguel and his team were supposed to perform specific repairs that were discussed and approved. Initially, I was informed that my car needed new control arms and a rack and pinion replacement to resolve the dashboard warning lights, with a quoted price of approximately $2,400. I agreed to this work. However, without my approval, they instead decided to replace the struts—claiming it was a cheaper and more important repair—without confirming this decision with me.
When I picked up the vehicle, the warning lights were still on, despite Miguel initially stating they would turn off after the repairs. Later, he told me to drive more miles and that they would reset themselves, which never happened. I returned to the shop, and he attempted to reset the codes. Immediately after leaving, my car developed a new issue: the traction control light now comes on when exceeding 20 mph, and the car enters limp mode—something that never happened before this visit.
I reached out to customer service, but they were unable to resolve the issue, stating they rely on information from the store, which denied any responsibility. Now, my car remains undrivable, and Midas expects me to pay $1,200 for unauthorized work I never agreed to.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and due to the lack of accountability and professionalism, I will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this shop, as they performed work without approval and failed to properly fix the original problem.

Miguel speaks to customers like they’re idiots while being unable to control himself from interrupting like a petulant child. Go literally anywhere else.

schedule appointment online and email say someone from Midas will contact to confirm appointment, it’s been 4 days, no email no call from location. when i went for service they said need to reschedule again. they said they were busy and running behind. so basically it’s just waste of time. dont use Midas service.

I called to schedule an oil change. I told them I had a coupon. I told them what kind of vehicle I had. I said I wanted the synthetic blend. When I arrived, the gentleman told me that he wouldn't honor the coupon for synthetic blend, he was trying to force me to take the full synthetic. He said he wouldn't give me synthetic blend because of liability. He was trying to tell me $69.00 out the door. So I took my vehicle to Big O Tires on 75th and Thomas. Great people. They charged $30. Synthetic blend.
Save yourself time, do not go to this Midas.

Horrible place and horrible customer service.
For 1 went in and was told it would take 30-45 minutes for an oil change. Took 2 hours. Also the guy doing my oil change could not lift my car properly.
Second, we went in with our AC working perfectly fine and now after going there it keeps shutting off.
We called the office and was told that they had nothing to do with it.
While we were waiting we witnessed another person come in and state that he was having problems with his car as well after getting work done their too.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I been taking my car to them since day one I went to get my oil change and they told me something was leaking something they mess up last time I took it to them and all they had to say the part we put on was defented like it was my fault if something happens to my car there going to pay for it I got it all documented

We took our car to get a fixed we paid over $300. Two days later we had no air. Took it back and was told it was going to cost over $2000 to fix it. We took it somewhere else and it didn't need two of the parts they said we needed. Big rip offs

At the location on 67th ave and Indian School, Miguel and the guys are the best. Fast, efficent service and always thorough when inspecting your vehicle. They always try to offer you the BEST prices on repair. Since coming to them, i haven't taken my vehicles anywhere else. They wol always get my vote.

I don't know about others, but from this side I can't help but write that the service has been absolutely outstanding. Always available, services on time and very precise. Miguel's treatment has been quite good. That is why I have returned, and that is why I will return.
