Every time I drop off my truck, the staff there is never welcoming. At other dealerships the service guys/gals always come out to my car and greet me and take my information. They have always made me feel welcome. At this dealership, I always have to get out of my vehicle and walk to a couple of offices to even find someone to help me and take my information. I told my service guy that I had a ride and would come back for the vehicle. He told me he would call when it was done. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 am. By 3:30pm I still had not heard from him. So, I had to call. Once I did (he didn't answer the phone), he texted me that my truck was ready. I'm not sure if I get this treatment because I am a woman dropping off my truck, but I am not impressed with their customer service. The service they did on my truck was fine (a simple oil change, tire rotation and Zacteck paint sealant). Communication is not their strong suit.

Great place. Great people. Great service. Wait time however always seems to be longer that what was told to me. Usually, the advisor would come to me or send a text to give updates. in this visit, I was not updated by advisor. I had to go find him for an update that was past the time limit he said it would be. This is the first time I had to do this. I have only gone to Chapman for service on each car I have owned, and have had great experiences. Chevy rocks!

Thank you Kenny Lawrence for being an amazing rep for Chevrolet when we picked up our MacMulkin Corvette C8. Kenny was easy to communicate with, took great care of the car, and he even got it PPF'd at a local shop nearby before we came to pick it up. It was a great courtesy dealer experience. Kenny is excellent - thank you so much!!!

The manager change my pricing based off they weren’t gaining anything for the vehicle and my number is falling apart but no help

We spent two days arranging to come see a vehicle that was on their website. My husband messaged them as he left work because we live 50 miles away from the dealership and didn't want to waste the time in rush hour if they were unavailable. We were told everything was all set. He arrives 90 minutes later and is told that the person that was detailing the car never returned the key back to them so we were unable to drive it (knowing we were on our way). Then they told us if we decided to purchase the vehicle through them then they would "reflect their appreciation of our understanding through the price". Clearly they don't mind wasting my time so.... no thanks.

THE A TEAM AT MIDWAY CHEVY IS AS FOLLOWS.....GIL MARTINEZ JR WHO SOLD ME MY 2012 CHEVY, STEVE TUCKER WHO MADE IT WORK WITH THE BANKS AND DWAYNE TOOLE IN FINANCE .... I COULD NOT DREAM UP A BETTER TEAM THEN THIS TEAM AT MIDWAY........IT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!
