Do not buy a car from them!!!! I bought a car about a month ago. I was told they did not have the car I wanted and they had to get it from another location but that they couldn’t get it until it was signed for and all documents were completed. I repeatedly asked about damage or anything that I needed to know and was told there was no external damage. By the time we got everything finished it was late at night and they went to get the car. It was dark out and not well lite at the dealership. I was also told it would be detailed and that I was getting a second key. To say the least when I got the car into better lighting after the papers were already signed there was a huge dent in the side of the car and I never got the second set of keys. I was told they would get it taken care of but now aren’t taking my calls or anything just totally put me on the back burner. And the car was super dirty I had to pay out of pocket to get it cleaned.I was also passed around three different people during the sale because the main guy we were dealing with just kept leaving and another girl kept stepping in with no explanation on where the other guy went.

The team at Midway is great. Jorge (George) was always responsive and helpful. My only negative was how long the repair took, but I appreciated the rental car ensuring there was no disruption to my life. Even when I had to bring my vehicle back the other gentleman I dealt with (his card is at home and I am forgetting his name) was kind and quick to respond. I have told several people about my experience at Midway and will bring my vehicle back there in the future.

Orlando and everyone I worked with at midland Chevrolet were awesome. They had the suburban we were looking for. We worked out the deal and financing over the phone in less than an hour. We made the 3 hour drive to the dealer and absolutely no surprises when we arrived. The suburban was exactly what we were looking for. We were on the road in the new vehicle within an hour or so. Great experience!

This is my first time buying a new truck. I met with Valentino Castrillo. I was a nervous mess. He approached me with a welcoming smile, and we talked like we had known each other for years. I had a few concerns, but after talking, I was more relaxed about this whole process. He made sure all my concerns and needs were met. Then, I sat with Duane in finance to sign the contract. He was very warm and thorough in his explanation of everything. I got the keys and drove home excited not only that i bought a truck but that i got to meet 2 freindly and supportive people.

Do not come here to but your car. This was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. Unless you like going between 6 different people who absolutely could not care less about you. My purchase was a work van and I had them outfit it. Two weeks later not hearing a thing I called to find out the status…. “We will call you right back…”. Never got a call back so I called again the next day… “We left you a message yesterday…”. No you didn’t unless voicemails suddenly don’t work anymore. What’s the status? “We will call you right back….”. Seven hours later I call back again. “Oh yeah, there’s a part on back order.” For two weeks I was very patient. Glad to know keeping your customers up to date is so important to you. What an absolute joke. Good job leadership group….

I bought my first vehicle from Midway and couldn't have had a better experience. The sales man Orlando was very helpful and knowledgeable to Steve the finance manager who made the final stretch of buying the vehicle so easy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was in contact with this dealership for a week to purchase a new car. My sales person, Laiza, was FANTASTIC. I had an appointment to meet with her to purchase a new car. However, when I arrived at the dealership, she had been sent out on an errand (that is what I was told), and I was handed off to another salesman. When I asked to see the car I was purchasing, the sales rep said that the GM had taken the car to run errands for the dealership. I ended up test driving a similar car. Fast forward to trying to negotiate a deal. I low-balled my offer, expecting them to come back with a counter. That is, after all, how negotiations work. Eventually, we were supposed to meet in the middle to make a deal. The sales rep wouldn't even counter. He ran and got a manager, who suggested I look for something more in my "price-range". He said he would be happy to show me something smaller. He would not even try to counter with a number. I thanked them for their time (even after they insulted my intelligence), and left. I found another dealer and had a deal with the new place, within an hour. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I had a really poor experience with the service department this Friday. I brought my Chevy Bolt EV in for a "service high voltage charging system" light and was told a tech it was be looked at Saturday or Monday. I was contacted later in the evening by Adrian and was told Midway only has one technician working on EVs and wouldn't be able to look at my car until later in the week. I told Adrian this was unacceptable and I needed my car by the end of business day Monday for work. Adrian said this wasn't possible. On Saturday morning I picked up my car and drove it to Van Chevy in Scottsdale. My car was serviced and fixed by Monday at 7:30AM. From now on I will not be going to Midway Chevy for any concerns or to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you,

Randy in the parts department is incredible, very patient, he doesnt get irritated easily, like some guys in his field, he is accommodating, and actually remembers your order without even looking anything up... WOW!!! I have to tell you after being a business owner for nearly 40 years I rarely get service like this anymore... lookout Midway, someone might just steal him from you... I really enjoyed the experience I had at Midway. It started with the phone call I had with Alex who is the sales manager and he was patient and answered all my questions respectfully. When I arrived to the dealership I was immediately greeted by Valentino and he was very welcoming. I did speak to Tennessee prior to speaking to Alex. I really appreciated that they helped me and not come off aggressive or rude. As I had that experience with another Chevrolet dealer. I am so happy with my purchase, it was exactly what I wanted and I would definitely recommend my personal friends, family and colleagues to purchase vehicles from this dealership. Great customer service is almost rare nowadays and I am grateful that I experienced one of the best customer service experiences ever.

The worst time i've spent to date at any dealer. Not only did I walk out with no car. But they made me wait 4 hours, apologizing constantly for something they did wrong every 5-10 minutes over information they got wrong, or for not listening.They flat out harassed me all week via phone and email without even caring about what terms I needed. It overall felt like they jist didn't care at all.If you value your sanity and respect your time, please consider staying far away from this one. You will thank me later.I don't know if I am able to even forgive this dealer for how terribly they treated me.

There's a reason that Yelp has this dealership rated at two stars with almost 500 reviews, and that Better Business Bureau has them at 1.7 out of 5 stars.Absolutely horrendous from start to finish -- that is, if I was done dealing with them yet. Nope, looks like I'll be headed up to Phoenix from Tucson for the second time in less than a month after purchase to repair issues on the truck I bought from them.First, the salesman promised something they never planned on actually following through with -- the repair of the paint and tailbed from a minor fender bender the truck was in (clean title). They delivered the truck to me with missing paint, a dented tailbed, and some sort of very apparent glue they used to try and fill scratches. We came to an agreement to waive the reconditioning fee they charged me (you know, since they didn't recondition it). Fine. Maybe that'll be the end of it.Nope. Days after dropoff, the truck is having issues with a shaking steering wheel above 45mph. They tell me I'll have to bring it up. So, back to Phoenix I go! They sold me the truck with a bad tire, but guess what? The tire isn't in stock. I'm stranded in Phoenix until the tire comes in FIVE HOURS LATER. Then, somehow, it took them another three hours to put the tire on. I sat in the service department from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and was updated on the truck's status just twice in those eight hours.Anyway, tire's on now. Drives smoother on the ride home. Maybe that's the end of it. Wrong again! Now it appears they didn't balance the tire they put on, or did so incorrectly. The whole truck intermittently vibrates at any speed over 20mph. I text my new friends at the dealership to let them know the job's still not done. They tell me I can take my truck to a Tucson Chevy dealership for repair as the warranty states. Know what else the warranty states? That if you don't have the vehicle serviced at the selling dealership, you pay $100 deductible each time. This was never explained to me, even though each person involved in the transaction and warranty purchase was aware I was from Tucson. I just read that little detail right now in the fine print.So, now I either make them do the job right while sacrificing an entire day of my time, or I come out of pocket to pay for repairs that should've been made day one. Out of principle, though, I'll be taking the truck to Midway Chevy EVERY TIME there's an issue that needs service. Every. Single. Time. We can waste each other's time until they get it right.If they did this to me while in first responder uniform (since I drove straight from a Tucson fire station to the dealership), they'll do it to you, too. Hopefully this review sends you elsewhere. Until the job is done, I'll keep adding updates to this review so the public can follow along with my very unfortunate journey.
