The worst dealership I have ever been to. I took my car with less than 2,000 miles in for issues with its radio and screen. They held my vehicle for 2 hours without any updates to me. I had to search for staff to get some information and they were refusing to return my car even though they did nothing to it. I left after the manager (everyone is a manager there) said he would call me the follow week with the fix. 4 weeks went by and nothing. One of the managers from another department got involved to help resolve the problem and I got another appointment. Well this time they drove my car around for 17 miles and couldn’t recreate the problem, even though I sent them videos showing the what it was doing. They proceeded to tell me my brand new iPhone is the problem and I have to live the issue. Yet my phone works on all my other Nissan vehicles. Not to mention the issue isn’t just when my phone is connected but also when it’s not.After my experience with their service department I am now getting rid of all my Nissan vehicles and I owned 4. I just traded my 2019 Rogue and will continue with the others. I even have 2 years of free service with this dealership but I will take my vehicle to another dealer and happily pay for it. Talked to another dealership about my issue and they already have the fix for issue.Now I understand why the other dealerships service departments schedules are full, because everyone is avoiding Midway Nissan.

I’ve come to a point in my life where I always bring my vehicle to the dealer for all repairs and maintenance. First, they have a record of the history of the work done, the technicians are trained on my brand and the dealership works hard to keep the customer satisfied.Midway Nissan has always held a high standard on taking care of my vehicle and… me.Victor, my service representative, went above the standard today in making the experience pleasant. There was open communication about the work being performed and a specific time when the work would be completed. All expectations were met!

Jorge was great, very informative and welcoming. He did a great job. I will ask for him when making my other future appointments. On a side note....It would be very nice if the marketing department or someone came up with a package for a lube/oil change + tire rotation, possibly 3 in the package offered in the service department. Totaled it up from the over all cost and discounted it by $50, by buying the package. Its a great customer service to offer something like that, and I would think you would want your customer to keep coming back, what better way.... On a side note, my prior vehicles I had, the dealership service department did offer a service, made me a loyal customer for 12 years. it was a GREAT service and I had the assurance when paying for the 3 I was good to go until my next purchase for the next year. Kind of nice... Some one there should think about this. It would be a win win for you as well as to your customer.

I have taken my car to midway Nissan service center for over 10 years. They have always taken excellent care of any vehicle I have. Very easy to get appointment, go over everything with you and listen to any concerns. This last time I needed a ride home. The excellent service advisor,Jacob set up a ride home and back, when my car was ready.I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Today I bought a 2024 Nissan Versa at Midway Nissan. Everyone there was very nice to me, but the nicest, person was my sales representative, Golda. She worked so hard for me and I really put her on the spot by bringing 2 car salespeople with me to assure that I got the very best deal I could. She never lost her composure and maintained her sunny disposition throughout the entire transaction. I will be referring my friends to her in the future.

Earlier today, my step daughter and her boy friend stopped by Midway Nissan to obtain value on her boy friends car. Instead, the low life assholes at Midway express interest in selling my step daughter a car and her trading in her Honda. They took her keys and looked at her Honda and kept them hostage for nearly 3 hours attempting to force them into a deal. My step daughter called me and I threatened Midway Nissan that I am showing up with the police if they did not return her keys immediately and stop harassing her.As a result, I recommend everyone stay away from this fraudulent organization and seek other dealerships. Simply read other ratings online for more feedback on how they operate. They should lose their dealer licensee.

Victor Bustos is the best service advisor that I have had at any dealership. He is professional, very informative, and pays close attention to the customer’s requests. He is realistic and accurate when it comes to wait times. He is also polite and gives realistic explanations and recommendations that are easy to understand for a customer that is not familiar with mechanical information. My vehicle is a fleet vehicle which most auto repair shops dread because it can be tedious to work with the fleet company for approvals. Victor never complains and coordinates with the fleet company positively. Thanks Victor! Much appreciated and see you at my next oil change!

This is my first time buying a car after having my first ever accident. Midway Nissan has been more accommodating than I ever could've imagined. They work with you to make sure you're comfortable with whatever car you choose to buy and work with you to make sure you can make payments you're comfortable with as well. They are very personable and they have such a camaraderie with each other that you can see the longer you're there. They hype you up when you make a purchase and you get to ring a gong! Awesome service and I look forward to working with them on the future for my new 2023 Rogue!

I really liked going here. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to go to that Nissan. It's a lot different than the last time I was there. Which has been many years. The waiting area has been updated. Jacob was nice to work with. He was helpful and courteous.

I never received this kind of rude response and don't care attitude from any of my other cars, so far I owned Honda, Toyato and unfortunately I chosen Nissan for EV.. The car was good for last 4 years and recently it started showing battery issues. When I took it to this dealer first round they said they updated software and that should take care of the problem, and still did not solve it. So went again and they took a day to respond saying they cannot do anything until the problem get worst, so that mean they wont solve the problem even though they knew there is a problem and asking the customer to wait until they stuck in middle of somewhere and getting into more trouble before they start fixing the issues..Even though I provided the video recordings of the problem, they say they need a better video :(, the video I provided them clearly say there is some problem.. Still stuck with them not sure how to take this further. Looking for the options.. Reached out to service center manager no response yet..

When picking up my vehicle after a minor service I noticed all my silver coins had disappeared and some of my items were moved around, also when opening my hood engine I noticed the Engine filter was exposed. After watching a YouTube video I learned how to easily cover my engine filter after 2 step process. After years coming this place I've decided I will no longer go back to Midway Nissan & I'm passing the word to my friends, family, and coworkers about my experience at Midway Nissan & highly advise everyone to stay away from this place till they get a grip of what's going on there!

Requested loud clicking noise to be looked into but was told had to reschedule or leave the car overnight with no rental option, was never approached about rescheduling. When picking up my vehicle after a minor service I noticed all my silver coins had disappeared and some of my items were moved around, also when opening my hood engine I noticed the Engine filter was exposed. After watching a YouTube video I learned how to easily cover my engine filter after 2 steps process. After years coming this place I’ve decided I will no longer go back to Midway Nissan.

People don't usually take their cars to dealerships for repairs if they don't have to. Dealerships have a bad reputation for overcharging, trying to sell you maintenance or repairs that aren't needed and being generally smarmy. Come on, you know it's true. When my vehicle needed a repair I put it off far longer than I should have.First I took it to a non-dealer repair shop. For a reasonable price, they almost got it right, but missed it. I tried another very highly recommended and rated repair shop that quoted 3 thousand dollars and I had to leave it a week. Next I contacted ABC Nissan and they quoted 6 thousand. For maintenance, I had taken my car to ABC Nissan for years, but they're now not providing quality service and 6k was just ridiculous. I decided to give Midway a shot. I'm so glad I did and I'm now a Midway customer going forward.My service advisor, Tim Roberts, was great to work with. He got me in quickly, did exactly as promised, kept me informed and didn't try tacking on a bunch of unnecessary stuff. The quickest way to lose my business is to try high pressure tactics or blow sunshine up my skirt and Tim did none of that.I wish I knew the name of the technician who worked on my car. He stuck with it on a long, tedious and dirty job. He tested the results over and over to make sure the job was done right.That $6,000 job that ABC Nissan quoted cost me $500 at Midway and took a couple of hours. As long as I was there, I had the oil changed and it didn't cost any more than if I had taken it to someplace like Wal-Mart or Jiffy Lube.I've got some minor work to get done so I'll be contacting Tim again.
