I went in looking for a certain deal them was told that they only have one selection. So I said what will give me the Friday free weed deal if I bought 4 carts. We finally agreed on Select Elite LR carts. Which should have be about $150 with tax. He just rang up the regular Elite and then said that we were still short for the deal. I was confused and said that’s the LR cart and he says yes. So I got Bogo gummies. Now I don’t drive and it a good distance for me to walk there and I have to go to work after I make my purchase. So I get home and see that I didn’t get the LR carts and I would have paid for them. It’s a total inconvenience to have to come back on my only day off because I get off of work after you close. Your cashier’s 50656 on 8/16/24 totally acted like he couldn’t be bothered to do his job properly. He would just rather trash talk about lack of inventory and other BS with other employees. Also I don’t like the new point system. The old one wasn’t that generous either but at least I had cash discounts with the loyalty points. I just don’t understand how I can pay $140 and get 2.70 in either program they offer. 1 point for every $50… Wow Trulieve gives you 1 point for every dollar and $5 off when you use 100ish points. Way better. Anyways the ask to use my points and I’m told I can’t maybe in a week… maybe I don’t want to come back. I’ve never heard of not being able to use the loyalty points you have already accrued. All dispensaries price gouge so bad that it makes me want to go back to having a dealer! 100% disappointed in my experience today.

Really love this business, exceptional service, great selection, reasonable pricing, great team. Chance always is exceptional in the way he communicates, product recommendations, overall knowledge. Guys like Chance make consumers loyal because he goes above and beyond. Also Lisa one of the store leads was extremely receptive to recommendations i made. I am a loyal fan for sure.

I absolutely love this dispensary, Calvin is my go to budtender. I will literally let people ahead of me just to wait for him. Calvin's service is top tier. I'm always very satisfied with his suggestions. He's truly amazing.
