The provider was great, 5/5, but CVS update your website for the skin tag removal service to say it excludes the face. Transparency will save time and money for both the provider and patients.

I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. I was experiencing UTI symptoms and the ladies that work there for efficient and explain things well and got the job done fast. I would definitely use this service again!

Horrible. I remember when doctors actually cared. The women I met with at the clinic was not helpful, I’ve had bad experiences in the past with receiving medical help, so much so that I had two emergency room visits only to be told go home take ibuprofen and then ended having emergency surgery. This time I thought I was doing the right thing for symptoms of an ear infection by going to minute clinic but all did was look at my ear for two seconds say no infection go home and take ibuprofen…. Now I can wait to get the bill for the most of unhelpful service… f you minute clinic.

In and out super fast. They were able to bill our insurance and call in the rx. Thankful we didn't have to wait so long. Didn't give 5 stars because the rooms were not wiped in between patients. That was a little disturbing because we had to wear masks because they said the flu & covid was going around. Everyone was fairly nice and the process making an appointment online was fast and easy. We are on vacation so the whole process was very simple.

I walked out due to the unempathetic and rude manner of my nurse. Kathy, the nurse seeing me did not let me speak. I was trying to explain the symptoms and she kept cutting me off. Yes to ask questions but questions that would have been answered in my explanation. The symptoms were making it hard for me to speak, the nurse did not even try to give me a moment to speak. Very poor experience, I walked out instead of answering her question.Started off poorly as I explained my terrible insurance plan, I was just stating what the provider stated to share and her and another person insisted I was wrong (I was but as I tried to say, I was sharing what the provider told me on the phone about 30 minutes earlier).

After reading the reviews I was skeptical on going but I had to do a wellness check for my job and this location was the closest. I checked in and waited less than a minute and was called in. The staff was so nice! Had great conversation and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Went in for a skin condition on 9/6, online appt system is horrible ; waited 20 minutes to be seen, and the med wasn’t working so since 9/14 I have been trying to get ahold of the NP to get a different RX. Have left 4 messages on the “call center line” Fi ally called the pharmacy directly and they said they would walk the message over immediately- that was two days ago and I still have heard nothing.Do not go here and waste your money if you need follow up or any type of decent customer service this is not the place to go

Total waste of money - they don't tell you if you are covered before you go in and hit you with a minimum charge of 90 dollars. The provider looked at me after hearing what me issue was and said "what do you want me to do about it?" They screen the issue before you go in. they have your insurance before you go in, why would you let me in if you are incompetent and I am not covered. I was told I was covered, then suddenly after, I was no longer covered. Absolute waste. DO NOT COME HERE. they barely even spoke English. I can't explain symptoms in another language. Who thought this was a good idea?
