I feel worse than I did before visiting the clinic. My tests were Negative for Covid and Strep but what do I have? I can't sleep because of this constant cough. The prescriptions did not help and I can't work! $100 for nothing!

Nurse is amazing, she is straight up with prices before proceeding. But…cvs billing is TERRIBLE. I had agreed for the payment of my visit when nurse told me the total no issues at all. Days later they charge my car AGAIN without consent! Called billing asking why, they said it was part of the visit. When nurse had already charged me for it that day of my visit. Billing is blaming the nurse and I believe its not her fault because she was upfront with the amount before proceeding. Billing does’t care they have no superiors they just say I apologize the nurse gave you the wrong amount. They did not return the money of the extra charge. This is not okay. This is stealing money without consent.

This place is an absolute disgrace to even call themselves a clinic. Their phones are always off even during business hours, I’ve been calling on a fraudulent charge they have made on my account which I have already contacted my lawyers about. They don’t want to help in anyway they just want your money, I paid FULL IN CASH for my appointment and they have charge my card A MONTH LATER for the appointment charge. This is a corrupt business you do not want to give your money too, will being coming in contact in person soon because there is no way to reach an actual person unless you do. Phones are off so they can get away with scamming people 🤷🏽♀️ the worst “clinic” with old people wearing a doctors coat calling themselves “specialists” absolutely disgusting human beings

They told me that there were no appointments scheduled for today. I showed up, and the lady said they had 15 people ahead of me I drove 15 minutes for nothing terrible customer service

The NP gave me a TB test on Friday and schedule me on Monday for the reading. When I showed up to my appointment it was closed. When I called the 800 number they said it was my responsibility to get my test read and I should have went to another clinic instead of calling them. I told them I was on hold so long that my test expired. They stated that online it says I can go to any CVS to get it read. I ask them to hold so I can find online he hung up on me.

While the clinic will keep you waiting until the cows come home for an appointment, don't be 8 minutes late as your appointment will have been cancelled and "they don't care".
