I was notified when the delivery would be and it was on time. It went smoothly with the exchange and set up of my new mattress and foundation. He even took pictures of a concern I had.

Thank you for expedited and efficient services to deliver our mattress.
The mattress is stiff and needs to be broken in - the company said it could take two weeks. This could be easily solved if the delivery service brought 5 little monkeys to jump on the bed!

The service men did a great job carrying in the mattress and removing the old one. They were also on time.

The delivery team called me an hour earlier than scheduled but I wasn’t home. So I asked if they could make another delivery so they could come back when I was home. They returned when I was home and quickly made the change out of the mattress foundation and also stayed to realign the base and bed frame for me. Very courteous and efficient.
