Great store, super friendly staff, easy FFL transfers and helped me look over and evaluate my first rifle! Would shop here again!

They need to move the woman the runs the front to do work in the back or something. She's a bully that writes the behavior off as "I was in law enforcement". Not a valid reason to act the way she does. Plus the gun smiths think that they are in charge. They really don't know as much as they pretend too. Transfer fee was good ($20.00). Slow tranfer processing though. So, yeah, 1 star.

MLS Arms is great place for guidance. The prices are reasonable and their customer service is out of this world. #1 place in Phoenix - Hands down!

Thank you Marco and Rick for all that you do!I can't say enough great things about this organization. They are extremely helpful especially to those who don't know much about the industry and stick to what say and do it. Great, honest, and hard working people who believe in their brand. I have used them for 6 transfers and purchased a bunch of accessories. You will be very happy you stopped by! Great new location. Check it out.

Before 1968, Federal Firearms Licenses weren’t a thing. Pretty much any retailer could sell guns and ammunition, from tiny hardware stores to the biggest retailers in the world. The most important factor to consider when visiting a gun store is the type of gun store it is. Do they want to cater to hunters and sport shooters, or do they want to focus on the self-defense market? If it is the last it will be the norm today. Gone are the days of the experienced firearms retailers that were a source of wisdom. Today it’s a market of tacticool plastic for fantasy scenarios, when the reality is that gun will be used more for taking selfies than it will ever be shot. You can forget about any basic gunsmithing or scope installation, all that is sent back to the manufacturer or you can expect a referral to somewhere else. The manly dens that were the gun stores of the past are now effeminized convenience shops selling props, not a tool for a specific purpose based on ability and knowledge. Plastic not wood, plastic and neoprene not leather, a reflexional of the softness and dulling of manhood, an empty shell of what was. Having said that this is a great store for modern defensive options staffed with good folks.

Friendly guys that know a lot and help you with what you need. Best part is there amazing amount of parts availability. I hate gambling with online parts plus waiting weeks for them to show up. These guys will have that random part you need so you can finish your build that same day instead of waiting around. This is my favorite gunshop now

Guys in the shop were nice enough, store was clean and they had a good selection. I didnt notice until a couple weeks after my purchase but I was charged $30 more than the sticker price. I wouldnt discourage doing business here, just pay attention to what youre being charged.

The people in MLS are awesome! My son and his family were in a very bad accident in Colorado and for some reason they decided to take his gun from the accident scene. MLS helped us get the gun back quickly and were very compassionate and kind through the whole ordeal. The transfer was simple and quick. Marco was pleasant to work with and we will definitely shop there in the future.
