Customer service is terrible. With the exception of one nice lady near the jewelry, staff acts like they’re doing you a favor by talking to you. I felt like I was interrupting quality phone time by asking questions about the item I was looking at.

Been shopping here for many years. The guys are cool and laid back only issue I have is I bought a gun from them brand new wanted to sell it back because it was a smaller caliber than I prefer..never took it out the box,infact still had the MMP Tag on it...I couldn't believe that they would only give me half of what I paid for it and that was before taxes. Just a little disappointed ? I guess. All in all still a great store.

Great service, great guys. I went in to purchase a firearm, after arriving home I realized somehow I had purchased the wrong firearm. I called them and they fixed the issue immediately. Henry was prompt in getting the weapon returned and the new correct one ordered. I just picked up my rifle today and couldn’t be happier. MMP will now be the first location I go to for anything firearm related.

I made an error filling out a 4473. I never competed the form. The workers behind there does not know the law and would not allow for correction. It was funny as just prior to this, there was another person who incorrectly filled out a portion, and another worker corrected it for him(which he should not have done anyways). Then these guys berate and accuse of wrong doing. I would avoid at all costs.
the statutes pursuant to 27 CFR 478.22, 478.121, 478.124, and 27 CFR 479.26
. The Form 4473 must be saved in an unalterable format. The original electronic Form
4473 must be retained and may not be deleted, amended, replaced, or otherwise altered.
Consistent with the Notices, Instructions, and Definitions on the Form 4473, if errors are
found on a Form 4473, corrections may be made to a copy (electronic or paper) of the
original Form 4473 and the corrected copy should be electronically attached to the
original electronic form and retained as part of the FFLs permanent records.
Edit: This happened on 4/3/24, they said they would return the item back to the shop that shipped to their address, it is now 5/14/24 and they have still yet to ship it. These guys are criminals. The shop that shipped it however refunded me and will attempt to get their items back from this terrible shop
