To say that our salesman was disingenuous would be a understatement. Jacob Murphy, Digital Sales Specialist, was assisting us with a Mobile Mini rental but told us it would be "more cost effective" to purchase and he sold us the "best trailer on the lot." Payment upfront was required so we couldn't even refuse based on its look. Well, if this was the best trailer, I'd hate to see the worst. First, we found out he wanted to get rid of it because of its oddball size 14' x 74'. The local branch manager told us that he wouldn't have sold us this unit. Here's a list of everything that was wrong with the unit. It had no doors on one side and the other side had rotten doors that were falling off the hinges. The floor boards and structural joists below were completely rotted. When it was being delivered, the truck driver hit the roof in three places, so here comes the roof leaks. When they set the trailer and installed hurricane tie-downs, the crew hit my well pipe, so they cut it flush and buried it under the dirt. Wait! It gets better! We wired up the trailer, fired up the AC and guess what? It didn't work. Both coils and the compressor were bad and our AC tech said it looked like the unit hadn't run in years! And let's not forget about all the black mold that was in the trailer because it was never cleaned as promised. Despite numerous calls and emails, we have not received resolution on restitution from the trucking company or our cut well pipe. Jacob (he should be a used car salesman) said we bought it "as is." Well, that may be the case, but we were relying on photos which we now suspect were taken many, many years ago. The local area manager seems to be a standup guy, but no one has done anything to make this right. The amount of money we are spending to fix this pile of junk is ridiculous! Renting would have been a better option but we fell for Jacob's sleezy sales tactics, including being told that "another company is willing to pay full price so you'd better buy now!) Is there anybody out there in WillScot corporate that would like to fix this problem? To make it usable, we are putting over $30K into this on top of the price we paid. Prove to us that you're better than this! I think you should fire your sales representative too. I wouldn't want someone like him representing our company.

Looks pretty terrible when your drivers illegally park on hotel property where guests have nowhere to park. Police have been contacted as well as hotel management.
This blatant disregard for others and ILLEGAL parking will not be tolerated. If this vehicle is still parking on the property in the morning, it WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE.
This was a Residence Inn in Steamboat, not some red neck motel.

Buyers beware! This company has a lot of hidden costs that are not explained up front. They will also say they will discount certain items and not do so. The customer care specialists are good but their hands are tied. The salespeople are professional before signing the contract but become very rude after the contract is signed. Not a reputable company!

This was the rudest sales person I've ever talked to! Troy Pautz is incredibly rude regarding a discussion of my inquiry to mobile mini services. I didn't know much about their services but I don't mind spending money on figuring out what could work. I need a large space to use for my commercial use and Troy didn't want to listen or help me understand what their services could help do for me but instead just wanted to give me a quote for something I can't even use. Does he get paid for unfulfilled quotes? He was so rude and condescending on the phone that I would never do business with them. When he stated the prices I thought they were low compared to what I expected so it's not like I had an issue with that, it was simply his unwillingness to actually try to help. The worst part of all of this is that he is supposed to be the digital sales specialist!I would like to think that the rest of their company is more attentive and willing to work with their customers but Troy Pautz is a horribly rude sales person who will NOT try to actually help you.

I was shocked to find a 40 foot container on a property I'm purchasing. Since the new owner of a piece of land had no parking the driver decided to put it on my property since they thought my house is vacant. I'm shocked a large company like this would do something this stupid. You literally gave a box of rocks driving your vehicles. And went through fence and went inside truck moving it to neighbor. I'm astonished

After research on the organization I was very impressed with the company ...eager and ready to go! I then proceeded to apply for a role here in FL. An Office Manager/Dispatch opening. 6 minutes after a scheduled phone interview was to take place I emailed the Recruiter that I was looking forward to his call and awaited. The call never took place and in fact he responded to my email with a "thanks but no thanks!" I've been a Sr.Recruiter/Office Manager for over 20 years and wow if this isn't the worst example communications. Not impressed with this Corporate Recruiters relationship building skills. We all get busy, understood but call ahead or even email in advance and cancel not wait for my email to reply and decline.
