Modern Quilting is a lovely, on-trend quilt shop with a modern selection. It offers a beautiful, good, and varied selection of current, modern fabrics from top manufacturers, as well as an ever-evolving collection of patterns, books, tools, and notions for quilts, bags, and wearables. The shop and classroom are very nice and clean. The staff is the most important thing, described as friendly, helpful, talented, knowledgeable, and dedicated. They have all the knowledge to help bring ideas to life, are very patient, and are always ready to help without rushing customers. They offer assistance with finding fabrics and putting them together, and are attentive and quick to react to any problems. The business provides a good, relaxing time with a varied selection of classes from beginner to advanced. Customers report having a lovely experience, feeling helped and cared for, and state they would go back.
This is my go-to local quilt shop. Moved here from Cincinnati (city with tons of quilt shops) a few years ago and was so grateful to find Modern Quilting! Large shop with all the top designers. And friendly helpful staff.
