Monarch Theatre is a lively venue known for its affordable prices and enjoyable atmosphere. Many guests appreciate the intimate experience it offers, even with larger crowds of over 1,000 people. The sound quality is generally good, and the lighting creates a pleasant ambiance. However, some visitors have noted issues with accessibility, particularly for those with mobility challenges, as navigating the crowd can be difficult. While the entrance and parking are convenient, security staff may not always be friendly, especially during busy events. There have been complaints about delays in opening doors and sound issues during performances. Guests have also experienced discrepancies in drink charges, leading some to prefer cash transactions over card payments. The decor is seen as outdated, with some areas needing maintenance, such as sticky floors and worn seating. Despite these concerns, many attendees express a willingness to return for specific artists and enjoy the music and overall vibe. Monarch Theatre continues to attract visitors looking for a fun night out, particularly when the performance lineup is appealing.
Does anyone know why the larussel concert was like 45 minutes long when it said 2-4pm? Super bummed and confused thought I'd ask here on the venue page.

I always have an amazing time at Monarch. Prices are affordable and the music is 🔥. Hookah is reasonably priced as well.

The atmosphere and lighting is nice, entrance is nice and parking is close to door. Security sometimes will not be the nicest especially at big events
