This is my preferred CVS branch before because it was 24 hours. Now they close by 12 MN and the service sucks. They should have known there are two prescriptions. I asked my husband to pick up my meds and they should have given both but, they only gave one. It was a waste of trip and time. After a long line of car. This is not acceptable. What if it's a life threatening situation?

Would give one star if I could... literally NEVER answer the phone. They always claim to be busy or short staffed. I called 17x in one day (needed to see if they had gotten my sons medication in stock) and waited on hold for 39 minutes.. still never spoke to anybody. I hate to be the "karen" who calls and requests the manager but that still did no good as he was just as incompetent..... 10/10 DO NOT recommend

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone! Not everyone has a script to be refilled by the stupid automated system. Sometimes people may have questions if you have a medication in stock before driving all the way there. Train your staff on how to answer the phone!

I came in the other night kinda late to get some last min things for my earlyshift the next morning..my boyfriend and I split up in the store so I could go get What I needed and he would look around like usual as he waited .(.we are two tattooed individuals coming into a store late but NEVER RUDE OR WITH HE INTENT TO STEAL) After a few min my nd came up to me and saying the workers were staringat him like he was going to steal something..we kind of laHughed and kept talking amongst ourselves when this ogre of a guy walks up to me asking me why there was empty makeup products on the shelf confused and appolled I said I didn't know (mind u I never even went to the makeup section I was there for pens for my servers) he then mocked me and asked again this time with more bass in his tone (now I'm offended wtf?) I asked if he was fucking serious and he said yea so I said Idk mother fucker I want even in the aisle and told him to go check the camera! Seeing me being attacked my bf said wtf and they began a heated discussion as to the thievery of whatever package was left behind the ogre then turns to some meek ads black lady who says yea he was in the aisle ..no shit !! My boyfriend shows what he still had in his hand to buy from the aisle and the rude ogre yelled at us to ksave after we were told not to cuss at the beast seriously?! How bout u don't accuse ppl of stealing because of appearance!! I hope that whoever checks these yelps looks at the cameras for this incident on or around 1230 am on Fri or sat 9/8 9/9 !! We r honest people who actually work in management and just happen to love tattoos!! I will never go Back and actually have half the nerve to call the corporate office I was truly embarrassed and as a company I would feel just the same!! Shame on u!

I don't know what the issue is here, I picked up 7 prescriptions in the las few months and every single time even a week later they say they never had my insurance info on file.. then have my address in San Diego which I n get lives at- look at me like I'm retarded because they can't seem to get it together.

I've calmed down a bit since my last review. I'm adding a star because the location is not so bad sometimes when certain employees are there. Most of the cashiers looking like they hate their lives still stands. Was not really happy when my debit card did not process and the girl at the counter pretty much shrugged. I used a second card, still didn't work. After like 5 minutes of me looking stupid and holding up the line because she was not doing anything to try to fix it, the guy next to her said to punch in the numbers manually. Gee, was that so hard? I can't stand when employees refuse to get help and instead just stand like their like statues. If BOTH my cards are not working, it's not me it's system. I could tell she just wanted me to say "oh I guess it's not working, bye" Not going to happen. Terrible pharmacy still stands. Also, if a place is going to have carts that can't go outside, there should be some employees around who can help take bags/water/soda outside. I don't think I've ever seen someone with water cases or multiple soda boxes offered help outside. For shame.

Worst place ever!! Their pharmacy sucks!! They never have your prescription ready. Dropped my prescription off at 7:30pm they told me I need to come back the next day for it. I got a text around 4pm the next day that it was ready so I go around 8pm and just to find out they didn't have it and I had to wait.
