I got scammed all i have labored for all my life by Bittrex, My life was in shambles, darkness encroached me everywhere i turned to didn't yield any positive outcome not even the police, Until i was lucky enough to contact an investigating company whose area of specialty is fraud recovery, took up my case and helped me recover back my money with no upfront fee and i can breath fresh air again. i will be more happy to share my experience with others who have also falling prey to internet scam.

Bob is great! Showed up timely for the estimate and the day of the install. Professional, friendly, and respectful of the property. Monkey Bars freed up a ton of space in our garage and the price was great compared to a cabinet install. Came in under initial estimate which rarely happens these days. Thanks Bob!!

Exceptional product and even better customer service. We downsized from a 6,000 Sq ft house and all the junk that this implies. We donated, tossed, gave to friends, and we were still cluttered. We called for several quotes at the start of the process. We met Bob and we were sold. He is the nicest most honest supplier I have ever met. He shows up on time, provides excellent advice, does not try to up-sell, always offering valid alternatives. The first order was to install garage racks. Bob was on time, did his work, and left the place cleaner than he found it. He also installed a set of tool bars that work great. I asked if they did epoxy garage flooring - he said yes and explained the process and the product. BIG FEATURE - the floor can be used in 24 hours not 48, or 72 as other products. His team was on time, early actually, did a clean and professional job that looks exceptional. We recommended Bob to a neighbor and they moved forward with the flooring and the tool bar install. Bob takes pride in his work and reputation. He is fair and honest. His work ethic is refreshing. He gets the job done and takes responsibility for all aspects of the work. If there is a glitch, he takes care of it with a calm steady and honest style. As a former corporate senior executive, Bob passes all the tests for a solid and successful businessman. Stop shopping and wasting your time - Bob and his team are top notch and deliver a quality solution.

Very disappointing. I met with the rep at my home, all went well. We agreed upon the work and scheduled an installation several weeks later. The company did not show up for our appointment, unable to leave a message due to the company voicemail box being full, and no texts back from the rep/owner. Big let down as I thought their product looked great.

Bob was absolutely wonderful! We just moved here from California and had many tubs of our kids stuff that are all grown up. He installed 3 shelves with hooks. We now have very few tubs on the ground. His recommendations were excellent. Did not try to sell any extras to us. I highly recommend them!

Let me just say that this company is top notch. Customer service is everything when I am shopping for anything. This company has exceeded my exceptions and I HIGHLY recommend them. At first I was only going to get one overhead rack but at the last minute my husband wanted two. They squeezed my last minute change right in their schedule and I now have my garage back. SOOOOO HAPPY

Brad was awesome! He was such a pleasure to work with... Professional and honest! I felt like he always had my best interest at heart, and wasn't trying to upsell me on anything. Even though I was somewhat limited to getting best "bang for my buck" (because my garage is not as high as most), I'm still super pleased with my purchase! I will definitely be recommending Monkey Bars and Brad to my friends and neighbors!

I had Brad Wilson install my garage system. He serves the south east valley. He was fantastic -only tried to sell me what I needed, was on time and efficient in the installation. He also helped me put the heavy containers on the higher shelf. I had my garage almost completely organized before he left. Would use him again or recommend him to anyone. Thanks for a great job.

I hired Monkey bars and he did a very professional job. What impressed me the most though was he was out of the bike brackets when he did the install. He promised to bring them by later. From past experience I half expected I would never see him again because I had already paid him. One day he just showed up with the bike racks. Great product and integrity is very rare now days. I was lucky to have hired Monkey bars.

We have not parked both our cars in our garage for 12 years! We called up Bob at Monkey Bars and he came out the very next morning. I was sold right away! We scheduled our install 4 days later. He worked nearly all day in 105 degree heat, and was so professional and courteous I was blown away! He even helped me re-arrange my boxes with the new unit he installed, as he knows what he's doing. I can't recommend Bob enough, and know I will be telling all my neighbors about his great storage systems.

I called them up, and the owner Bob came out to look at my horribly cluttered and dirty garage. He made no judgements, and had great ideas. Gave me an affordable quote and we scheduled it. 4 days later he showed up, working in 108 degree heat. Great attitude, pleasant and did a fantastic job! For the first time in 13 years, we are now parking both of our auto's in our garage! Thank you Bob! I highly recommend this company, as they are honest, ethical and very professional.

Made appointment very quickly. Bob was extremely professional and courteous. Installed two 4x8 over head storage racks. Very good install. Even vacuumed the entire garage after he was finished. Would definitely recommend.
