We got our Christmas tree from here the other day and you'd never receive this kind of personalized service at Lowe's/Home depot. We had someone with us to help us find a suitable tree for our apartment (we picked out a perfect size) they also trim it for you when you buy it and even help you load it into/onto your car. Would've helped if they also sold the bases for them (idk if I could find any if they sold any) my bf found one at home depot.. looks so cute now.

We recently bought two trees and several plants from Moon Valley Nursery off 7th Street in Phoenix and couldn’t be happier! The team was friendly, informative, and never pushy. They explained the best options for our desert climate and made sure we were confident in our choices. Delivery and planting were fast, clean, and professional. The crew even walked us through care instructions before leaving. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend Moon Valley for your next nursery visit!

The crew did an outstanding job installing new trees and plants at my home. Everything was done neatly and with great attention to detail — they clearly take pride in their work. The foreman, Joey DeSilva, was excellent to work with: knowledgeable, professional, and made sure everything was done exactly right. Matt & Noah at the store were also very helpful in scoping the project to fit my budget. The end result looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out! Highly recommend.

Hi I want to share what a fabulous experience my husband and I had working with moon valley nurseries every step of the way.
So We just moved to Phoenix from the Midwest and are enamored by the landscape here!
We bought our house as we fell in love with views as it faces the mountain preserve.
But even though we have the beauty of the desert and mountain outside the fence - inside the fence needed some serious help! It was overgrown with dying cactus, scrub brush, and messy trees.
While we love seeing the cactus on the mountain we prefer the relaxing oasis feel of palm trees. (And they don’t hurt as much!)
We were lucky enough to drive by moon valley nursery and wow we were in Palm tree heaven!
Of course only ever seeing Palm trees on vacation we had no idea where to start.
And just as the universe guided us to moon valley it also blessed us with meeting Carrie!
She greeted us immediately and asked what brought us in. The reality is we were just looking for a pot .. but said how mesmerized we were with all the palm trees!
She’s like well let take a look! I told her my backyard was filled with a lot of sad looking cactus and i really wanted to make my back yard happy but had no idea where to start!
She then offered to come to our house to check it out with a complementary consultation!
And sure enough that weekend she showed up and even brought another expert Tyler with her. Both professionals in understanding the best plants to get and design it was a fun collaboration!!
But that was just the beginning of the excitement! They came back with a great plan and we worked together to mold it into a transformational solution for the backyard .. within the right budget … remember, we were only there originally to get a pot!!
Since we had to clear out the old to make room for the new, there was a ton of coordination from plant and tree removal to stump removal, utility line marking, planting and crane operating!
I’ve never experienced such efficient project management and communication! The operations team sent email and texts all along the way and the crew called on time every day they were scheduled. I’ve dealt with a lot of projects and contractors since moving here and this is the only experience where they came through on all their promises… with no delays.. every time!!
Speaking of the crews - they were all the best. From the crew leader always doing an intro and calling us by our names, to asking before using our electoral and water to complete site cleanup every time. They are top notch!
Planting day finally arrived and sure enough Carrie was there bright and early with the crew to watch our design come to life!
Once again, all the moving pieces came together like clock work … first the crew came to dig the big holes, just in time for the crane to arrive and expertly lift the palm trees OVER the house! This was a show in itself and all we could say was wowwww as the big palm fit perfectly in the hole like a glove!!!
The crew lead Javi was amazing and did such a good job explaining to us how to care for our palms. He went above and beyond making this a great experience and I could tell he was well respected by his crew
And when everyone left after cleaning up the worksite… what exudes is happiness!!!
We love our backyard oasis now complete with a better view of the mountain with a strategically designed landscape!
I would recommend moon valley nurseries to anyone looking to transform their yard .. or even get a few plants or even just a pot! They have quality products but more importantly quality people!
Thank you moon valley!!! I’m definitely drinking the moon juice!!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and never knew this place existed. I wish someone had told me about it. I met miss Carrie at the dog park, she told me about this “Beautiful Nursery”. The next day I stopped by just to look. Miss Carrie showed me all around the nursery, best tour ever. I couldn’t leave without plants for my wife. Let’s just say she was very happy when I got home.

Alaiya was amazing she was so sweet and attentive, I told her I just moved into a new place and she helped me find the cutest house plants for my apartment!!! Every time friends/family come over all of them complement the new additions she recommended. I will most definitely be back to buy more 10/10 recommend shes amazing!

Have had nothing but awful experiences with this company since we purchased trees a few months ago.
Just recently had a few trees replaced and their crew broke some string lights. They acknowledged it, told me about it and said they would replace the lights. Great, no issues there at all. We then find out they just sweeped the shards of glass into our landscaping instead of picking them up, and our dog stepped on one, luckily didn't need to bring her into the vet.
I called their office to let them know and speak to a manager, and Noah who took the call said he'd have a manager call me back to speak about the situation. No call.
I called back the next day, same thing, they said a manager would call me back to speak about the situation. No call.
They certainly don't have any issues putting marketing signs in your yard though.

Blake was our sales representative and he was quite helpful and informative in helping us make the proper tree, bush and shrub selections for our area in Rio Rico. Blake was available and very responsive to our questions and kept us informed about our trees and bushes and the timeline up to the planting day. He coordinated everything and there were no miscommunications. Hence, everything went smoothly. Jeremy and the planting crew did a fantastic job getting our trees and bushes planted on our property and especially in some of those areas on the property we felt were challenging. Jeremy was knowledgeable and informative which was greatly appreciated.

Eddie and his crew came to my home to replace some trees that didn’t survive and they were so respectful to me and my husband. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and waited before I could show them the backyard. They were concerned about the mess and made cleaned up after themselves and his crew were so kind and considerate about sweeping and watering the trees after planting. They placed tarps down to protect the pavers and cleaned up so beautiful. I would def use them again. Thank you Eddie and the Crew. Your work is exceptional. Michele
