Very honest mechanic shop. Everytime we bring in one of our vehicles they inspect everything. They tell me everything it needs and will need but can wait for later. They often send a courtesy message once in a while just to make sure everything is working correctly. Quality workmanship, Everytime we go in there not only are we feeling like our car is taken care of, we feel we are too! I refer all my friends looking for a good honest mechanic shop to these guys. Thad and Trevor are amazing!

Always get a second opinion. I feel COMPLETELY taken advantage of. I brought my 6 year old car in because I heard a "weird" sound. They told me it is because of my motor mount. When all said and done I paid $1700, (oil change and tune up also) The second I got back in my car and started it, I heard a new noise and the old noise persisted. I brought my car back in the next week and they said it was a missing clip and they replaced it free of charge. That had nothing to do with it. Come to find out the "old" noise stopped after I got new tires. (Balding tires do make a noise). After bringing my car back in to get the "new" noise taken care of (it took me a couple months because they don't work on the weekend and i didn't have time off work but i kept in touch) they said it is now a different motor mount making this noise and i would have to pay another $350+. My father asked me when I first got it done, what was wrong with the first motor mount? It is uncommon for a 6 year old car in good shape to have a bad motor mount with no obvious noise. That I can not answer. I took them on their word that that was the original problem (it was not) and I have no way of knowing if there was anything wrong originally with my motor mount that was replaced. I have nothing bad to say about the customer service and the pricing seemed fair. I have multiple family members who take their car there and they had no problems. I fix machines all day so I understand the "nature of the beast" sometimes you fix something and it causes something else to break. I get that. I feel like there could have been nothing wrong originally and i will not know because i did not get a second opinion. I feel bamboozled and i will forever be hesitant to bring my car to any mechanic ever again unless really needed.

These guys never let me down. Trevor serviced my Subaru twice and I don’t have a single complaint. Tadd holds it down in the office he's always helpful. I appreciate their quality of work and cost is good. I’ll definitely bring all my vehicles for maintenance.

Excellent customer service. Team is very helpful and efficient with all needs. They also have a great text customer support. The office is also very neat and has available restrooms, snacks, and coffee. Definitely recommend for any automotive needs.

Wasn’t to happy at all with my service from them. I brought my car here and told them my air did not work. They literally told me they could not figure out why my air was not working unless I spent $390 to put a new hose and freon in the car. Need less to say I got my car back and my air still was not working and they literally still didn’t know why and gave me a guess of what it was. I went and replaced the part that they told me they thought it was after that myself and that still didn’t work. I then call my brother who’s not even a mechanic just into cars and within 10 minutes found out I just needed a $30 relay fuse for the compressor. Which he told me any decent shop would check that if the compressor wasn’t engaging. Definitely felt alittle shady I won’t be getting anymore work done here.

My 2005 Mazda 3 which I took to two mechanic shops but they all claimed nothing was wrong with the car even tho had an issue with acceleration and weird noise when driving till couldn’t drive despite engine is on… Read reviews on here about Mr Mechanic shop and have a try, omg Trevor fixed car within 2 days after good listening and communication during day brought car over… This an amazing shop and very honest from start to finish 🙏🏿 thanks so much and recommend everyone go over to Mr Mechanic if have issues with your car cos they 💯

This is by far the most pleasant time I've ever had taking a vehicle to a shop. They diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, got the problem fixed, and I got my vehicle back the same day. I'll be a lifelong customer now.

This has been the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. The guy taking my calls and going over everything with me was so beyond nice and informative. They communicated everything that was being done to my car and completed everything so quickly. I’m so impressed. I honestly cannot get over how pleasant this experience was. Their customer service and over all professionalism made it worth it and I will continue to come here! I should’ve gone here from the start! Thank you for all the assistance with my car and just being an honest mechanic shop ❤️

Quick diagnosis, quick turnaround, quality work, without paying an arm and a leg. Exactly what I needed in a time crunch! When visiting family in Phoenix, our Dodge Journey started having coolant temperature issues. On a late Friday afternoon and needing to leave, I didn't have many options. They got me in for a diagnosis immediately on Friday, figured out it needed a new radiator, then had it fixed by noon on Monday. They answered all my questions, explained the issues and what they did to diagnose in detail, and showed me the bad parts so I felt reassured it was the right thing. We made it 15 hours driving through Arizona heat and mountains with no more issues! Thanks Mr. Mechanic!

My girlfriend was traveling from out of state and experienced a no start at the end of day Friday. They waited past closing for her and the car to arrive on a tow truck. Tad and his team went above and beyond in communication and effort to get the car fixed by Monday late morning. Highly recommend them for service. Could use a mechanical like them locally.

This crew of guys are awesome. Communication 10/10. They took care of a long list of problems on my truck and helped me take care of some issues I didnt know were happening. Thorough and pictures all thru the process. And FAST! Im really happy to have found someone reliable and honest. Thanks guys!

We took our VW here after having at another shop for weeks. The difference between the two is that Mr.Mechanic was honest and told us they wouldn’t be able to do the job and we appreciated that more than you know.

This place is GREAT! And how often can you say that about a mechanic shop? I came here a while back when I was having battery/brake/alternator issues and was getting mixed feedback from other mechanics. I thought I needed a new alternator and the guys at Mr. Mechanic reassured me that wasn't the case! New brakes, battery and oil change and I was good as new! I came back for a check engine light and again, received great service! These guys are always so friendly. They have great communication. The shop is always clean. Their prices are very competitive and fair. And they do great work. I won't go anywhere else!
