I’m so happy I found Paradise Nails and Annie! She does a fantastic job each time, takes her time and does great designs! I always see the other nail artists doing the same with their clients! Highly recommended!

My expectations fell a little short during my visit. This was my second time in after getting extensions done by Paradise Nails spa and my first time getting synthetic nails removed so I am unsure how difficult the removal process is usually but I was trusting that the techs were experienced. When removing my synthetic nails my tech had a lot of difficulty removing my nails. A few of my natural nails ripped when he was prying off my extensions from the edge to separate the the acrylic. Often times he would miss the edge of the fake nail and digging into my nail folds. I did say the removal was hurting and we tried multiple different methods but I still had a lot of discomfort. A second tech stepped in to help a few times and was able to removed the nails quickly.
Again, I don't know how difficult it is to remove synthetic nails but I was unhappy with how harsh the process was and how much damage it did to my natural nail. I won't be getting extensions or removals from them again.

I absolutely love Paradise Nails Spa! The nail shop has such a calming vibe, very clean, and a good color section to choose from. The employees are all nice and willing to listen to my nail requests. I had Annie as my nail tech and she was AWESOME! I had a few requests on how I wanted my nails and she didn’t think it was “too much” like some nail techs I’ve had in the past. I’m definitely coming back!

I had such a fantastic experience at the salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect.
My nail tech was amazing — super detail-oriented and gentle, and the final result exceeded my expectations.

I am new to Scottsdale and happened to see this beautiful nail salon from the highway, I came in and was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, friendly, and most importantly, professional. Make sure you ask for the foot massage, Lee was amazing.

Annie and her team are always so welcoming and amazing! Annie works efficiently, never rushes, and pays attention to details. They’re really efficient, and they’re transparent with the pricing as well. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone who’s looking to get their manis and pedis done.

I was warmly greeted immediately upon walking in, and all my questions about pricing and design were answered transparently. My nail tech was very detailed and double-checked that I was satisfied with every step - length, shape, color, etc. He was efficient, asking if anything hurt during the process - but I was super comfortable and relaxed. The salon has a very clean, organized, and friendly atmosphere. Will be back again soon!
