Doing a one star because I can’t even get ahold of anyone to schedule appointment. Tried doing it online, but it tells me to call since I will be using insurance and would need to make the appointment with the correct doctor that takes our insurance. I have called multiple times throughout the day today, since they opened, and each time with no answer and it saying mailbox is full. Already a huge red flag in my opinion 🤷🏻♀️.

They never answer the phone and I called at 5pm to 530 and it was ringing then states there office is closed at 5:33pm and there supposed to be open until 6pm!!!! I had a very important question and never can get anyone on the line it took me over 7 calls to order eyewear!

Jody is great! Although we had some hiccups getting the progressives correct. She was very nice and helpful. Idk who the guy is who works there but he has no customer service. Dr Baron was very professional and took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes. I appreciated that.

I went this past week and honestly I will probably be going back to Visionworks. The doctor was an odd ball to say the least, I think out could just be our personalities didn't mesh well for doctor and patient. He seemed educated and knowledgeable but his mannerisms and behaviors just threw me off. Then the only had one person on staff to check you out for glasses and contacts... and that person had to go attend a class... kind of odd to see how many appointments were booked and not have a back up... I was also told I would get a pair of contacts to go and I didn't, they said I'd receive it all in 2 to 3 weeks... at least at visionworks they send you home with a pair that day!

The eye doctor was excellent very thorough. His staff was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this location.

They prescribed me the wrong prescriptions for my contacts, not realizing it because I still had old contacts left that I was using up. I went in on Tuesday to talk to them. The lady helping me said she’d call me back later that day after she talked to the doctor.. I never heard from her. I went back in on Friday… . I realize mistakes happen but they refused to make it right by exchanging my contacts for the right Prescription.

if they have zero star I will give them customer service is really bad . Please stay away 10 miles from them. two months just to wait for my glasses and I called twice they said manager will call you back but never call me back !!!!!!!

Awesome experience! Dr. Gary Baron took great care of my family member when he had trouble with his eye. We walked into the office 20 minutes before they closed. Even though Dr. Baron and the staff had to stay a little later, they still helped my family member. They were kind and helpful. The staff at the desk were friendly and organized. I've meant to write a positive review for this office for a few years. After seeing what they did today, I had to get this positive review written!

Incredible help from all of the staff especially Alexis. She is very kind, empathetic and professional. Followed up diligently with me regarding insurance coverage/processing, testing sample contacts and configuring my order with my best interests at heart. She’s made the drawn out process much easier to manage. I’ve really enjoyed her and everyone at the store’s help. You have a great team. :)

I visited them last year and they took very good care of me so I went back this year. 😊The prices were excellent and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I see no reason why anyone wouldn’t want to be seen by these professionals.

The staff is nice and helpful!, Erica was pleasant and friendly when we called for our appointment
Alexa has been helping us with our glasses for the last two years, we went back this year because of her patience and experience!
