Wow. I was going to open a bank account with Navy Federal Credit Union, but decided against after seeing numerous, national stories about this business’s lending practices. Evidently NFCU didn’t approve comparable loans to non-white applicants as often they did their white counterparts. Yuck. Anyone can’t be anti-racist and doing business here.

We had the pleasure of working with Russell today for a service and he is great!! The process we went in for was smooth, he explained everything we needed and was very professional! Just an overall surprisingly pleasant experience to a service I was dreading the process for. Thank you Russell!

Hi… can someone tell me if this ATM is working again and accepting cash deposits… tried going there several times and it was not working and the number listed is the general NFCU number so I cannot call the location and ask… please let me know before I make the drive out there again… will change my review once I get a response. Thank you.

This is my first account with this credit union, so this is my first visit inside the bank and decided to come to this location as it is close to my job. I have heard such awesome things about this credit union, however I am beginning to disagree. Walked into this branch and the teller I dealt with to activate my card and make a deposit was very helpful, funny and looked great! I work night shift and I take the bus so I arrived a little before they opened at 9am, so I hit the grocery store (Fry's) which is next door so I might have looked a bit strange due to me having 3 grocery bags with me. However I also wanted to open up a certificate and had to meet with a personal banker, this is where the downgrade begins, the banker was young, confusing and has no personality what's so ever, just down right rude, appeared to hate her job as she did not smile one time, no eye contact and very short with answers and did not provide detailed information at all. I regretted opening anything at this bank after dealing with this banker ID #C5943. I ended up with 2 shared accounts when I only wanted one and wanted info regarding the other, I was informed no info can be given so just visit online. What?!? The other account that I did not want to open at this time will close automatically in a few days because I did not fund it! Again.. what!?! The certificate I did open successfully, I am not sure if it was opened accurately or if it is the 12 month or 18 month term, is it a max limit on it and will my dividends be reinvested? So many questions unanswered! I dislike the customer service I have received with a passion and honestly do not want to visit the branch ever again because of her. This is my money, my life, my future it should be handled with care and concern not like I am a burden or disliked due to my color or the way I look. Worst experience after being very thrilled to have an account with one of the best credit unions. Disappointed with the horrible service from a personal banker.

This credit union participates in predatory lending practices, has hiring discrimination issues and illegally deducts money from disabled veteran's accounts without their authorization or consent. Highly unethical credit union!

This credit union allowed over $3000.00 be stolen from my account in September of 2022, and has yet to return my money. They have said charges that occured while I was in another state, in a hospital fighting for my life are " Valid " without completing a proper investigation and providing any supporting information. I have filed multiple complaints as well as tried to reach out for resolution. Still as of today NOTHING?

I cannot say enough good things about this Bank and the way that they treat their customers. you truly do feel when you're there, your needs and wellbeing are the top priority, not the fact that they are a business. they are definitely a people first organization. Truthfully I feel so "blessed" that navy federal is my bank. <3<3<3

I’ve been a member for over 10 years and an it’s truly sad to see how the corporate office treats its workers. They are still forcing them to wear mask for no reason pretty sad being a veteran and seeing freedoms that some of my friends die for get taken away. They’re is not science back their decision I guess bureaucrats know best. Very pathetic Navy Federal very

Navy Federal has the most screwed up customer service department anywhere. There customer service supervisors can't even communicate with each other. PLEASE DONT BOTHER TRYING TO PROCESS A LOAN BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU OR WHO EVEN CARES. Changing to Navy Federal was the worst mistake I have ever made.

Very good service amongst a retail plaza location. There's only one ATM yet glad for the awning to provide a little shade. I do most of my banking online - it's a plus when I need to make a branch visit & service is on point.

From applying on my phone, to setting up my online account, to picking up my debit card 15 minutes after my approval, literally everything about the process to get a true bank account was easy, and pretty much no human contact. Excited to experience adulthood with a real bank account.
