Nellis Auction's Phoenix location offers a quick and efficient experience for shoppers seeking great deals. The auction process is streamlined, allowing customers to park, scan a QR code, and pick up their items in a matter of minutes. Many reviewers appreciate finding bargains, although there's a note that the best deals have become less frequent as the auction's popularity has grown. Customer service is highlighted as friendly and helpful, contributing to a smooth overall experience. The website and app are generally user-friendly, although some users have reported occasional glitches. While most items are well-priced, a few customers experienced misleading item descriptions, particularly concerning the condition of products. Despite this, Nellis Auction remains a go-to destination for those looking for a hassle-free auction experience with a wide variety of items. The staff's efficiency and the easy pickup process enhance the appeal of this auction venue.
