I ordered shirts for my sixth grade students, and we were all so happy with how they turned out! They were able to take a student's design and make it look exactly like we had all hoped it would! They were extremely helpful and accommodating with a change in my pickup plans as well. Overall, a great experience and product that my students loved!

I have used Nero Prints since 2015, on multiple shirt projects for personal and for work when I was at Fox Restaurant Concepts. Nero helped us turn around shirts for Blanco almost immediately so we could get them on time for our event.The quality of the print and color has always been incredible. Everyone has always been so satisfied and happy with the shirts once we received them!Price point is very affordable for the quality or print/shirts/turnaround time.Nero is always my go to when I need shirts done. I typically work with Brandon and Nick and they both do a wonderful job! I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!!

I have worked exclusively with Brandon Campbell over the years to create custom pieces for myself as well as for a non-profit. I love that Brandon ALWAYS answers when I call or text to discuss new projects. He keeps me informed all the way through the process. Just today, I was informed that my sweatshirts and t-shirts will be delivered tomorrow. He has previously helped me with custom design (when it was for a special engagement and I needed more help than I was capable of). He can help bring an idea to concept on apparel like no other. He sends over estimates so I am aware of my up front cost, and has delivered all of my items on schedule if not ahead of schedule. I cannot say enough good things about Nero Prints and Brandon. I've had issues with other companies being responsive and proactive, and I am relieved that this is NOT something I have to worry about with him. He is truly the best, and I love working with him.

Terrible customer service. I contacted them over a month ago for a few things to be embroidered, a backdrop banner to be made and a sticker. They seem extremely unorganized and unmotivated. I spent ample time on the phone with Cory explaining what I wanted/needed and even emailed pictures of examples with descriptions. Days go by and I get an email from a guy named Brandon saying to call him to talk about my needs. So I call, and I'll admit I waited about a week to call because I was slammed with work. But regardless, when I called, Brandon basically asked me "Hey so what exactly is it you want" I responded with, "are you kidding me?" I asked him if he had bothered to take a look at the emails I had sent Cory and talked to Cory. He said Cory never sent him the emails- he was clueless. I told him to take a look and contact me once he had. Again, days go by. So I call Cory because I have his number saved. I ask the status of everything and he says hes not sure. At that point I told him that they had officially lost a customer, and one who would have been a lifetime customer if all had gone well, because I am located just minutes away from them, and my company is growing and growing. I went in the next day to grab the things I'd dropped off to be embroidered which ALSO weren't done even though we had agreed on a cursive font together! Brandon was there and I told him the same thing, that they had just lost a lifelong customer, and told him I was going to leave a bad review, unless he wanted to bribe me out of it and win my loyalty back by having everything done immediately. He didn't even care. Apparently they must be rollin in the dough, doing well in life and not need the work- that or they're just lazy. Probably lazy.

Cory and his team really came through for us and delivered. We have been searching for a good print shop with reasonable prices along with quick service out in the valley. Time is money and their service is worth every Dollar. We push for time here. Quality makes a big difference with our art that we distribute. Thank you Cory and team for the great looking prints. Cory and crew rocked it. They got us samples of shirts before we printed and worked very nicely with us through the entire process. I'll go back next time for our screen printing needs.

Nero Prints was very helpful, had a super quick turn-around and was inexpensive. I'd definitely use them again for screen printing!

Nick is a screen printing God! Nobody knows more about ink and fabric than him. Nero prints is good, but with Nick, they're great!
