Numerous non-commercial sites run with these guys for nearly 25 years. I have checked other hosters time and again, and ended up in a war with two. Newtek are THE BEST if you are amateur or low level professional. Just nice.

Support has become non-existent since the days when they were Crystal Tech. At least for shared hosting. They no longer answer support emails. You have to open a ticket, then call and when someone eventually answers, point them to the ticket number. Then it can take a week or two (yes, seriously), to get even a menial task done like adding a DNS record. The control center has been broken for several years. You used to be able to do things like this yourself. No longer. Perhaps their dedicated hosting is better.

I have to say it was a pleasure working with NewTek team. They came to aid in emergency situation and handled them selves very profession. They got the Tech Jacques who was very knowledgeable and found the issue right away. but also assisted in resolving the issue. and of course not to leave out the rest of the team Chris and Andy who always ready to jump on call when we looking for help

Absolutely abysmal support. You will wait on hold for literal hours trying to reach someone. If someone does manage to pick up the phone, it's a roll of the dice whether or not they're capable of basic assistance. Opening a ticket is pointless, they appear to just ignore e-mails.The client interface is incredibly dated and unable to properly provide clients with critical features necessary for managing web based services.There are far better options available than this company.

My cellphone was massively broken. I submitted a ticket and received Keon as my IT help. He was very respectful and understanding. He was able to help me during the days in which I sought my cellphone's repair. I appreciate his help as well as those in the background as I handled this matter. As a former customer service rep, I know what good service looks like. I was happy to receive this help. Great job!!
