I have to say it was a pleasure working with NewTek team. They came to aid in emergency situation and handled them selves very profession. They got the Tech Jacques who was very knowledgeable and found the issue right away. but also assisted in resolving the issue. and of course not to leave out the rest of the team Chris and Andy who always ready to jump on call when we looking for help

Absolutely abysmal support. You will wait on hold for literal hours trying to reach someone. If someone does manage to pick up the phone, it's a roll of the dice whether or not they're capable of basic assistance. Opening a ticket is pointless, they appear to just ignore e-mails.The client interface is incredibly dated and unable to properly provide clients with critical features necessary for managing web based services.There are far better options available than this company.

My cellphone was massively broken. I submitted a ticket and received Keon as my IT help. He was very respectful and understanding. He was able to help me during the days in which I sought my cellphone's repair. I appreciate his help as well as those in the background as I handled this matter. As a former customer service rep, I know what good service looks like. I was happy to receive this help. Great job!!

Incredible. Made the switch from another company several months ago, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Jacques and his team are communicative, intelligent, incredible problem solvers, and extremely dependable when it comes any to IT issues. After waiting several weeks to be responded to, I called Newtek again (after several contacts) and Frank Schlosser took my call. In spite of poor Frank getting all my wrath over the really sad excuse for support up to that point, he took excellent care of finally resolving my problems. As a result, I purchased an additional smart mail service. Had it not been for Frank, I was ready to abandon Newtek completely and forever. Frank was excellent.

Adam Hahn made the transition from SmarterMail to Outlook very easy. He was professional, patient, friendly, and good-humored even when I was having difficulty understanding the process. He communicated with me both by phone and email which I found incredibly helpful as I am generally nervous to mess with tech that seems to working—for fear that support will be difficult to reach if I get the setup wrong. But so far, so good—thank you!

I have been a reseller of this company's services for better than two decades. However, I was recently disappointed when I contracted with Newtek to convert one of my hosted clients from SmarterMail to M365. You'd think if would be simple, but after two attempts over two weekends, we had to pull the plug. Turns out Newtek doesn't understand the Microsoft Authenticator app any better than I do, so we never did get connected to the Outlook server. So, after a couple weeks of failed E-mail conversion attempts, the client aborted the project and decided to stay with Smartermail. It sucks but it works, which is more than we could say about M365. We're now looking for a new M365 partner. I awarded two stars, not one, because I was quite impressed that the company CIO called me to see why the client pulled the plug on the project, after coughing up $1500.

I am so happy with, and grateful for, all of the support and expertise the Newtek Team has been providing us. They are maintaining our 4 websites while working on the creation of a large, NEW site as well as upgrading us to a new donor payment system. The NEW website is coming along and it looks great!!! I have had a wonderful experience with Newtek. They recently built a new website for the company I work for. Prior to this, we have used them for hosting for many years. Everyone at Newtek, from support, to sales, to the web design team, has done everything they could to help and make sure everything went smoothly. They are always responsive and easy to reach. Susan, who led the Web Design Team that worked on our website, really went above and beyond. As we had some issues and delays arise on our end, Susan was extremely patient and understanding. She guided us through the process thoroughly from beginning to end. What could have been a stressful experience was made easy by the team at Newtek. I can not recommend them enough.

One of my e-commerce clients has been using NewTek for several decades and they've always been helpful and courteous. But I want to single out their System Engineer and tech support team member, Jesse Miller, for particular praise. A patient and considerate fellow with a good sense of humor. Top props to Jesse!
