Not very happy with this service. Customer service is not great. The reps answer your calls as if they work for your company which is completely confusing and annoying to our customers. Sometimes I don’t even receive my calls at all. All together not a great experience and I’ll be looking for a new company in 2024

I rarely write reviews however, I am just so disgusted, that I feel it necessary to warn others about Nexa. I have called many times over the past couple of years to have them address issues with unanswered emergency calls, delayed answering of calls, and poor communication from the operators to clients.Yes it took several days but atleast I would get a call back, they would apologize and say they would address it, which they never did.However, most recently I called and was told I would hear back in 3 days, I never received the call back.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOOR BUSINESS! If you run a business where it is important someone answers your after hours call, do not use them, if they actually answer the call, it can take as long as 5-10 minutes for someone to pick up and when they answer they do it follow the call instructions. It’s pretty bad when you see clients and they comment about how bad your your answering service is. Wait time, no answer, and operators that cannot speak English well are the complaint I hear often.I have lost many thousands of dollars in business due to this company and given competitors an edge due to this. I have been a customer for 10 years. You would think that would mean something. THEY DO NOT CARE.
