They have a serious plumbing problem in these overpriced apartments no water pressure for 8 days water way too hot gotta wait 40 minutes to take a bath They been having these problems every week they keep buying parts that doesn't fix the problem I'm piss after paying 1300 for rent all these problems my lease ends in 60days not signing new one out of here They have roaches here no spraying every week it's plumbing problems they need some serious upgrades here

This place is not for the weak ? bugs in all units , swamp air filled units Nov & December, a little domestic violence disturbances here n there , im pretty sure the motel next door is now a homeless shelter , expect to have no water or only cold water no warning , do not recommend unless you’re really against the ropes in life , don’t believe none of the bot reviews ??? management has gotten a little better about homeless roaming around in the parking lots & hired security , also they decided to temporarily turn all units A/c back on so I guess that’s 2 good little highlights for new management , today Dec 5th , they have shut it off again … in conclusion this place sucks hairy ? & you can find a better home that won’t put you & your children in a unhealthy postion

Great property for the price. James the maintenance guy is very great and attentive. Stacey the property manager is always a pleasure to interact with, and she always is very into the property status and needs of our rental issues that we may experience along the way.

Moved in with a cockroach infestation and reported it several times. They have been on top of exterminating my apt but they won't go away. I spray 3 times a week which is bad for my baby and dog. I'm not mad at the landlord because she has tried getting rid of them. I'm pretty sure it's some of my neighbors that have had it and didn't ask for the exterminator to come and spray which is causing it to spread throughout tue building.

Delia and Stacey in the office are very professional and friendly! James the maintenance supervisor has gone above and beyond to help me out with my apartment. He is quick and really cares about the residents. That man deserves a raise for all of the hard work he does to keep this community and our apartments running. Totally cliche to say but if I could give them negative stars i would have. I rented for almost two years and it got worse every week. A/C went out constantly (and I mean weekly) with no accommodations offered or money back on rent. People using drugs (hard drugs) while sitting on the stairs in front of my apartment. Dead rat rotting outside for weeks before anyone cleaned it up. Drunk idiots fighting on the sidewalk so I had to wait for them to be done before I could get to my door. Constant noise. The laundry room was awful as well. Washer would break in the middle of my cycle multiple times and the dryer wouldn't dry. People would pull my clothes out unless I stayed in the laundry room the entire time my laundry was going. I eventually found someone to take over my lease and I signed a roommate release form. Didnt hear anything from them until I got a letter from collections saying I was sued (without summons) for breaking the lease because my sublet moved out. lesson learned but I'm begging all of you to find anywhere else to live and not find out the hard way like I had to.

Stacey and her staff went above and beyond when I needed to find a new residencefor my mom. We had several technical issues when completing the online application and they helped us navigate the issues and were super friendly, professional and non-judgmental of our unique situation. I feel Stacy really cared about us and checked in with us throughout the application process and after my mom moved in.I could not be more happy with the choice we made for my mom to move in here. It's super reassuring to have a team that cares about their tenants! It's clear this place is a step above the rest!

Love the new manager, Stacey. The new staff is super friendly and very welcoming. The last office crew was horrible but I at least feel heard and like they care. Not the best neighborhood but I love being close to everything! Quick jump on freeway and everywhere takes less than 25 minutes. Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, Westgate. My apartment is perfect for me and my lifestyle. Mostly I am just glad I have people that care about the place they work again!

Washing and dryers are all trash and cost alot just do get a load done. Laundry room is always trashed place is a slum Banners claim Newly remodeled I guess the old landlord special is considered newly remodeled every other week my water get turned off with no warning or how long it will be air been out 5 times since I been here only been here almost 6 months now
