Overall good experience. Our Keller Williams agent Kelly Ghormley really went the extra mile for us. We were purchasing the home from out of the state so Kelly was happy to help us by meeting with contractors to let them in and out for estimates and for work to be done. He even went as far as picking up packages for us that accidentally arrived before closing day. Will be recommending to others.

Adam is amazing!! This entire process was very new for me and I was a little anxious but, Adam from day one took the time to listen to every concern I had and went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. If we had a question he answered it day or night. If we needed him he was at our house even on the weekends. This man made sure we knew we were not just clients but that we were family. We absolutely would recommend him to all our friends and family and we will definitely be using him again!

Buying a home can be a daunting and sometimes stressful experience. Kelly made our second home purchase more like a vacation. His professionalism and knowledge of the market left us no doubt he would find us what we really wanted. We told him our expectations and he followed up with some prospective properties to view. We flew in on a Thursday, looked at three places, one was perfect, made an offer on Friday, offer was accepted on Sunday. Kelly’s whole ream made it an easy and seamless transaction. Five stars for Kelly!!!

If you’re looking for an agent and team that goes the extra mile for your family look no further! We were in Washington when we bought our house in Arizona and Adam made the process extremely easy and worry free. Adam was of great help to me in buying my first home. When it came to looking at places he made me feel like a priority in regards to his schedule. Where as other realtors that people recommended to me kinda just dismissed me as “I’ll get to you when you can.” I had a lot of issues with the escrow company and Adam and his colleagues were constantly trying to push through solutions on my behalf, especially when the seller snuck in a last minute HOA balance on me. I’ll definitely be using Adam and his team on my next home purchase.
