Beltman movers were the company driving coordinating logistics for our move The team on both ends of the move were efficient and service oriented. All of my items made it to my new home in the same conditions as when they left. They delivered to my new home on the date I requested.

I recently used North American Van Lines for a cross-country move, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Mike, the assessor who came to my home, was extremely helpful in providing an accurate estimate and sharing plenty of packing tips. He stayed very responsive leading up to the move, and my coordinator, Angie, was just as amazing. Patient with all my first-time-mover questions and always quick to help.
The crew arrived right on time to load the truck and delivered everything on the very first day of my delivery window. Communication was great throughout, even from the driver who kept me updated with ETAs. Out of everything we moved, the only damage was a single glass and a plastic bin, both easily replaced and covered by insurance. Not a single item was lost, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
One tip I’d share with others: if you have light-colored or upholstered furniture, I recommend wrapping it yourself beforehand to avoid dirt during transit. I wasn’t aware of that, but it’s part of moving and didn’t take away from the overall quality of service.
Overall, North American Van Lines delivered an outstanding moving experience. I’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a big move.

Worst experience of my 70 years of being on the planet. I have asked to speak to management, and no one has bothered to call with all the issues that we had in this cross-country move. Do not ever hire these folks out of the phoenix area. They may be better in other parts of the country. However, now understanding how they do business I highly doubt it. I had misinformation that caused us great grief. We had many of our belongings damaged, we were told by the folks putting the stuff into the truck that there was not enough room, which now we know caused the damage. They misplaced items needed to reassemble items. They lost items that were needed to assemble items. They left boxes that were not opened. They damaged garage front pavers. Hopefully someone high up from North American Van Lines will reach out to call me before I start and use other avenues to share this experience.

I found the moving staff at both ends of a cross border move to be professional, productive and overall great. No hiccups at all, walked me through what was required at the border my main concern, all goods were delivered with no issues. Shout out to Nathen and his team in Calgary, as well as the Mesa crew.

Everyone at North American Van lines was really great, from getting an estimate to scheduling to loading to unloading! My coordinator was very good about keeping in touch with me about when the driver would arrive for loading and unloading, and the people who moved the furniture were very professional and very very careful with my things. Absolutely nothing was broken. The driver was excellent, keeping me informed about his arrival for loading and unloading. I was completely happy with North American Van lines

I had a great experience thanks to excellent customer service. Two days before the scheduled pickup, I received a confirmation call with the time and date. On the day of the move, I got a courtesy call letting me know the crew would arrive within the hour. The team was polite, professional, and efficient, treating our belongings with respect. Everything arrived at the new location in perfect condition, showing the care they took throughout the move.
