***STEAR CLEAR**** HORRIBLEAnne Willey has the worst communication ever. Company has no problem screwing over veterans that strive to be great tenants even through health problems. Highly DO NOT recommend this company. Charging an extra months rent when you completely vacate is disgusting behavior. I hope the $200 commission is worth all the bad reviews I can write. See you in court!

We are very pleased with Northpoint Asset Management! We have multiple rentals and have used other PM companies. Northpoint is the BEST we have experienced in years. They are hands-on property management, great customer service, response time, and professionalism. All of their Agents/PM's are licensed Realtors which allows for excellent local market knowledge. We have used them to buy & sell our investment properties as well.
