Over 10 years working with NRG I am unable to count the amount of lost deliveries and returns that have happened with this company. When I do get my deliveries, they are usually 2-3 days late. My returns just seem to disappear into their warehouse and do not make it back. Recently the have "misplaced" a shipment of mine, a VERY large box and are not able to locate it... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I have been dealing with NRG for ten years....off and on. They recently lost a very expensive part that was billed to me by the dealership. Nina at NRG said that they sign for parts even if they are not there for pickup. Poor business practice if you ask me. Now I have to reorder the part, which is a week out, and also pay the next ten days rental on my customer's car myself. Nina said that this was not their problem. She even tried blaming the dealership. On the NRG website even their manifesto says they picked up the part from the dealer. I've come to the conclusion that these people are all a bunch of liars with no intention of doing what's right.
