Everything is the way you would expect it to be in a shoe store. The staff is great. They have a small selection of vegan shoes. The staff is helpful and great. The issue is that they do not carry any size 5 women's shoes as a store policy. This is seems absurd to me.

I saw the comments about poor customer service here. Maybe they are working on it, but I thought the customer service was great. Someone came up to me, asked me if I needed help, was very friendly, searched for the size I was looking for and when they didn't have it quickly found it online and offered to ship it to my house.

Well organized shoe store akin to the other large shoe store you would find in many malls. Similar set up with the ladies footwear being the largest portion of the store. Bargain shoes were in the rear of the store. They also sold hats, jewelry, backpacks, bike packs and purses. Shared parking lot with free WiFi.
