Tatum and Cactus store is one of the worst for customer service. Cashier seemed like he didn’t want to be there, and weirdly told me “you have to leave the items on the counter until the purchase was complete” which perhaps is based on some situation but… it’s not like I looked like a flight risk. He seemed more focused on that than any level of interaction or customer service. No greeting at entry, but there were 4-5 staff in the store. Only one looked like they were helping a customer (they were sitting with someone in the office chair area, seemed to be answering questions so who knows). It’s been this way each time I’ve been in this store. I’ll be watching to see what that suite turns into 🙄

My wife and I went in to print a few important documents. The self service kiosk did not print the papers we needed but we were still charged. Sara the sales manager had asked if we got everything we needed, I explained what had happened she asked us to send the email over to her computer to see if she could print it for us. After a few minutes of waiting the email went through and she was able to print the forms we needed saving us A LOT OF TIME, ENERGY and a HEADACHE. Big Big thank you to Sara top notch customer service we can not thank you enough.

Horrible customer service. Stopped in to FedEx a package the associate was chitchatting with someone she knew. She seemed irritated that I interrupted her conversation and had to help me. She then said the computer was not working and I could ship my package.

Super rude copy lady refused to print tabloids when both self serve machines weren’t working

15 minute wait to try to get a few sheets of paper that they only keep behind the register. 2 people behind the register, both said they'd be right with me... They weren't. There were 2 more employees wandering around the store, but they said they couldn't help me with paper.
What a waste of time!
Btw- I ended up leaving with no paper!!!
Staples now has my business from now on.
Unless you enjoy awful service and rude employees, go ANYWHERE else!!

I needed some printing done right away for a meeting. I want to thank Danielle for making that happen. I use office max a lot and have been pleased with the service I received in the past.

The print department is honestly pathetic. I went to make something 4 to a page and they told me it can’t be done. No effort to try. Take your business to FedEx Print up the street! FedEx Print are doing it no problem!
