I came looking for a few specific outfits for an event my daughter has tonight. I thought with the spring stuff out I might have so luck I hadn’t at some stores nearby. Upon entering the store was clean, well lit and had some options for normal everyday wear or work out etc, but after walking the entire store I found nothing. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. I left empty handed, bummer.

We always come to this location for shopping with family my kids like the dog statue here every time we visit he plays with it. The store is neat but not many selections lately keep going down compared to previous visits. But the people are nice and helpful and nice. I recommend this location

Walked in very politely and asked if there was an sales associate who could help me and pretty much got told no without saying no and by the time someone was on the way I had already found my clothing

Amanda the assistant manager was amazing. She helped me with a problem with one of my previous returned and was very kind.

They don't carry man choices for plus size customers and the items listed as extra large run small. Friendly staff.

I used to love coming here the customer service was always great today i went looking for a paw patrol shirt there was a nice lady in the kids area to help find exactly what we where looking for. At checkout i noticed some holes in the shirt but because there was low stock due to the movie i asked for a discount. The manager who had a pink jacket and halloween shirt was yound and was so rude! She then ignored me after the discound and my toddler thanked her and she just ignored him. The lady checking us out was nice but the manager or lead whatever they call he was super rude .

I do not recommend this location, I love old navy super amazing deals but one of the managers is super rude I did not catch her name but her attitude was horrendous. Also the fitting rooms are not clean the floors are disgusting, scared to put my clothes on the floor. Does not look clean at all. Great deals, terrible customer service.

Love this location, although some cashiers don’t have a positive attitude. Tried putting my phone number in for rewards and out of nowhere it disappeared and cashier went straight to payment, wasn’t to happy about that. Need my rewards! but overall great location.
