Excellent service. I do not understand the less favorable reviews. Maybe things became more difficult for these customers to do business after the FDA and CDC and local government over reach during Covid and their concentrated efforts to shut businesses down and unlawfully have medical boards remove licenses. So glad to see the recent case where the Federal Court sided with Drs on their overreach in medical decisions they have no business being involved in.

Worst experience of my life. GO ELSEWHERE!! No one answers the phone EVER. You can't even leave them a message. They promise meds were mailed in an email yet USPS has no tracking information, because they NEVER mailed the meds. They won't transfer the prescriptions to another pharmacy so they can be filled, after being asked to do so in writing, repeatedly. They leave you hanging for days when you are deathly sick. It has been the worst experience and the worst customer service I've had, in 52 years! Run screaming from this place! If giving them negative stars was an option, I would have done so. I feel scammed, lied to and they have my credit card number and I have NOTHING!

On The Go Pharmacy promptly filled a prescription that another pharmacy I'd contacted earlier had been unable to fill in ~2 months. On The Go Pharmacy also provided a page of information about the Rx that a third pharmacy I had used never provided-- including cautions about the drug's use, for example, which were sobering enough to give me pause for thought about continuing use of the prescription (which might be a reason why the other pharmacy did not provide that info).
