This is second time Walmart has shipped with OnTrac and tracking shows delivered but no package anywhere... Cannot reach a live agent and this is one of the worst deliveries I've ever encountered.. make sure if you order online from Walmart they don't use this horrible company

Horrible service. You can not talk to anyone, just a computer. They said they tried to deliver twice. I have a ring type door camera. No one pressed the ring button. No one triggered the movement detections. All lies.

Not sure how or why this company is still in business with it's notorious reputation for terrible delivery handling, just look at the reviews. So yea package delivered and nowhere to be found yaaaaay
