Absolutely the most unreliable delivery service in the universe! You couldn’t deliver a package on time if it was across the street. You suck at your job!! Close down and find something else you aren’t good at because your late deliveries affect people!!!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. I reported that my package was lost over a week ago and nothing. Then I got notified that it was delivered the day before at 11:30 at night. Not only is the time stamp not even plausible, it was delivered to the WRONG CITY and my package is still nowhere to be found. ? stay away from any vendor that uses OnTrac.

Horrible experience!! Please do not order anything that will be shipped by Ontrac. Delivery driver set our packages down, took a photo n uploaded as proof of delivery, then proceeded to pick the packages back up off the floor n leave with them!! When I contacted Ontrac about it, they advised me to reach out to the seller who refuses to help since the driver submitted the photo as proof before STEALING my packages. Now Ontrac refuses to do anything. Over $150 in products just because of this company. Would NOT recommend!!!

They need to change their name to Offtrac or Backtrac for the simple facts of their thousands of no star reviews, and that they told me via tracking number that they were Ontrack for delivery to my office and then somehow Offtrac and Backtrac themselves with my never received Property held up in their Warehouse. I ordered from Walmart last night. Soon as I surveyed my office I said Somthing is Missing, I have the screw drivers, intertubes, air pump, wrenches and hex too and the Main Character is missing. Suddenly my doorball rang again, it was my Amazon order, that I forgot all about. My order arrived in 2 medium light weight cardboard boxes, I asked the Amazon guy if my bike was in the boxes, he responded with smirk giggile " I do not know"', which I already knew the answer to my own questions. I went back to my computer and suddenly a fresh alert with a hazard sign from OnTrac with a hazard sign from Ontrac telling me that they need more information about my delivery address. I'm just going to file a lawsuit and police report right now. Not giving them any pleasure or satisfaction in their shenannikens scam games. Im glad Offtrac did what they did, now I will receive a full refund and free bike. Take from me is taking from themselves.

The site has been saying Mt item is on the way. No time frame and customer service has no idea as to when i will get it. Bad and unprofessional company. This the first and last time with this company

CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not know this company is that bad until I read all these reviews Jesus how is this company still in business . I bought a product online from a reputable dog medication company in the area . They over nighted my package to be delivered two days later . package delivery date was the 15th . Seller personally handed on trac the package the package is then lost for four days . five days later still no package . I think and this is just my opinion but I believe they steal these packages for their own gain . With this many bad reviews of products missing or “lost” it’s an obvious scam front company that takes what they want when they want . I called customer service and it’s a recording but then advises you to use online tracking and hangs up on you . You then decide to use their “chat” but that’s a joke and asks you every second for your tracking number . You then type “talk to a human” you wait an (x) amount by of time till you “speak to an agent “ which is most likely a bot anyway . Looks up your info and says “the seller or shipper has not released the package and then leaves chat . I mean what customer service is this ? Which this also reaffirms my suspicions as my package has now been a target of theft . I mean my package is dog meds you can’t get high off them they literally have no monetary value to you so what’s to stop you from repackaging them and sending it back out ? This company is a scam please read all these reviews before using their services please don’t fall victim to this company

Said they couldn’t deliver order and it was taken back to the warehouse. Won’t respond for me to pick it up. They won’t even answer to return to sender so I can get a refund

Very horrible. NEVER will use again for me or my company. Anybody I know I WILL let them know not to use this company. My package was suppose to be delivered 4/28 but the ran to late to drop off. Thn on 4/29 it changes from to delivery 9:45 AM -1:45PM. all of sudden my package is delay. Can’t get in contact with anybody. Terrible company I have 2 hrs for my package to get dropped off and 9/10 it wnt. Not here tomorrow will be doing a updated

I watched the on trac Tuck pull up, the man gets out and puts a box at my neighbors door, scans it and than picks it right back up and takes it back, they are stealing packages this is an inside job for sure

2 times in one week delivered to wrong address..... you have one job!! Wish I could give them a zero stars for the lack of customer service.

Second time a Nike order was delivered by this company to my complex next to the lockers that state do not leave packages next to locker and both times they were stolen. Wouldn’t be surprised if driver took them and never delivered.
