I ordered part online & was supposed to be notified via email when it was ready for pick-up. Wait time approximately 1 - 2 hours. Several hours later, about an before closing I decided to go to the store.There were 2 employees sitting upfront & no customers in the store. They were not very knowledgeable or helpful at all. I finally received my part & was asking about another part I needed. The employee had no idea what he was doing so I decided to go elsewhere for the rest.

these arrogant spanish speaking auto shop will profile if you dont speak hispanic, I was buying battery , first in line, but the mexican behind me was taken first. And I cannot believe this store has only 1 socket wrench just to replace a battery. I have to wait for that customer to replace his battery for 20 minutes. or more. I returned the battery and went to Auto Zone, I got it replaced in less than 10 minutes, cheaper and 3 year warranty. they only provide you 2 years. they should not be in USA.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Whoever the kid with the glasses that's working there right now at 6:45 should NOT BE ALLOWED TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS! He was rude and very disrespectful. I work customer service everyday and if he was one of my employees I'd fire him on the spot. If you don't like your job or at least can't pretend to be nice YOU SHOULDNT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Give Gabe a raise! He goes above and beyond for his costumers. Went to another shop and they told me it was gonna be to much work. Went to gabe and he put on his gloves and grabbed his tools got the job done quick!

Every time I go the employees are very nice and are very professional. I love the fact that they have a variety of car parts, they always end up having more than their competition (autozone). Whenever I call they are patient and helpful, a lot of their employees are bilingual and that helps a lot because I don’t have to translate for my parents over the phone or even in person. One of the best O’reillys?

What you will see here is a total lack of professional knowledge of the automotive industry. And unfortunately that is what most chain parts stores have these days. And this one is worse then most. We better pray they get AI up and going because human intelligence is going down hill.

Horrible customer service. Went in they were hours before closing & were being lazy not caring to lend a hand but someone they knew came in the store & both workers were outside leaving the store unattended to help that guy they knew. They didn’t even want to lend tools to help out. You can’t find good customer service these days!!!

We bought a pair of wipers and it was raining today so, we finally tried putting them on. Our existing wipers disintegrated in the heat. I got the passenger side on with a bit of trouble. When we tried to get the driver's side on we just didn't have the strength.So, we stopped here to see if someone would help us.A nice gentleman came out and fought with it as much as we did and finally gave up on it. He took a wiper from the store and tried it and it snapped in pretty easily. He gave as a really good deal on the wiper and we happily went on our way just as the heavier rain began to fall.Thank you O'Reilly

The employee frank was so rude!! Didn’t want to help me and gave me dirty looks, this is the last time I’m coming to this location! I can’t believe how rude he is especially to a woman! Suppose to be here to help and he does the complete opposite
