Sue is by far the only associate worth working with. She's honest, kind and willing to say when something isn't going to work.There are of course other fine employees, but Sue takes the cake.

I came in yesterday morning to pick up a part that was order for me. I was feeling under the weather, so I had on a coat and a hoodie underneath. I approached the counter and spoke to an older Spanish looking woman who wears her hair in a ponytail and wears glasses. As soon as I approached the counter, she fawns her face up at me and looks me up and down. I told her I’m here for a pick up that I order over the phone. I guess I didn’t look the part to be treated with respect, and she did not want to assist me; she then makes up scenarios that I didn’t say: “you said you were at another store”. I then stopped her and checked her. I told her do not judge me I am just sick and I didn’t say anything about another store, please go and get my pick up. She then sees I’m in the system and goes and get my product. I never knew wearing a coat and hoodie in December would get so much disrespect. O’Reilly you need to train your workers better. If a person is not doing any illegal activity in your store, then everyone should be treated with respect no matter what they look like; especially when they’re fully clothed. The audacity of an O’Reilly‘s worker thinking they could judge and look their noses down on someone is unbelievable.The only reason I’m giving a 2 star is because the other works have way better customer service than she does.

I never realized my EV had a regular battery to start and power the accessories. The gentleman here not only helped me replace the battery, but took me to where the car had died to get it taken care of. Really above and beyond!
