It was just about closing time when Me and my Lady had received some help from a Professional & Outgoing Employee named 'Carlos' who work's here at the O'REILLY'S on 43rd Ave and Indian School Rd. He made sure to be VERY Helpful by offering an helping hand to us even though he had already closed up the store before heading to his car to go home... Now, if you ask me? That's how all employee's should treat their customers... BUT, only if the customer is respectful back to them though, lol... (That's just my opinion on that though!) ... Anyways, This Gentleman did EVERYTHING to make sure that he was doing his job Right for us customers! .. Tbh, if it were up to me! I'd promote him all the way up! ... "Carlos" deserves it lol...Overall, We were Very Pleased & Satisfied with his professionalism....??️??? FIVE STAR'S For "CARLOS" Over @ O'Reilly's Auto Part's on 43rd Ave & Indian School Road!!!.?✊??.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed parts pulled for my vehicle. I called and helped me to pick up the parts. I would highly recommend great service. I will not shop at Auto Zone ever again. Oreilly customer service is the best!!

I just went to O'Reilly on 43rd ave and Indian School Rd at 1:30pm, 2/19/2023 for antifreeze, fuses, spark plugs and air filter. 3 women working but didn't have a clue about anything. I asked about antifreeze for my mitsubishi and the older woman said it depends on what color I have in my radiator. She didn't even bother looking in the computer for my make and model. I wasn't about to open the radiator to check either! Older lady with glasses and Asian woman were trying to screw over a man who didn't speak English and the older lady gave her attention to her Co workers instead of her customers. The youngest woman walked around behind the counter and joked around all while thinking her cell phone was more important than doing her job. They were also calling each other pendeja in front of the customers. That is very unprofessional! Way to represent your company! What a shame! Please hire people that know their jobs and have better customer service than these 3 women!

Someone give Jose a raise please! This guy helped me out with my issue and was super patient with it. I was impressed how he still managed to help me out, answer the phones, and greet everyone who walked in. Thank you Jose, appreciate the excellent work!

I wanted to give a shout out for this store on Indian School and 43rd Avenue I went in there and purchased the parts for my car and I rented one of their tools the total cost of the rental of the tools was over $400 they never mentioned that I needed to return those tools within 48 hours or I would not be able to get the refund. Everyone who works on cars knows you run out into all kinds of problems and it's probably going to take longer than 48 hours I was shocked to find this out and shocked they were not going to give me my money. I was very distraught and remembered that the guy at 67th and Avenue and Peoria O'Reilly's named Anthony was very nice and very helpful the week before when I went into his store I immediately went over to his store and told him what had happened and he processed my return without any problem. I don't know what 43rd and Indian School problem was but they let me leave there thinking that I had just lost $400 so thank you Anthony you are very we're very nice and very helpful and Save the Day I now travel all the way to your store when I need to go to O'Reilly's I will not go back to the one on 43rd and Indian School and they deserve less than a one star.

My Jeep battery died in the middle of my work day (I use my Jeep for my job) - I stopped in to this O’Reillys where I met Ernesto. He was outstanding with helping me find the right battery for my car and had me back on the road QUICK!! Thank you Ernesto!
