I was going to leave 1 star but Jennifer and Heather saved the day. SO let me back up, I arrive at Oreillys to buy a battery, I am met by Heather, Jennifer, and who we shall call "the other girl" (I did not get her name) the other girl is helping me purchase this battery which is pretty pricey (when did batteries become so expensive?) I paid for my battery and the other girl said bye. Now I'm a 71-year-old that just had back surgery and cannot lift that kind of weight, i look around and other girl is gone. So, I struggle to pick up the battery and that is when Jennifer and heather come over and take the battery from me, hold the door for me and even installed the battery for me FREE of charge. I offered them a tip, but they would not take it. Now that is customer service, I think Oreillys needs to put other girl back in basic customer service school! Thank you, girls, for taking care of me today.John

Been to the store multiple times staff is super friendly and willing to help answer questions. It's a story that I do not worry about having to make a return. Staff always tries to find the best deal for their customer. It is my go to shop.

I've gone to this O'Reilly's quite often over the years and today was probably the best experience of them all. I walked in with my two little ones to buy a headlight. Without even having to ask, the woman offered to install it! She was kind, fast and she also was sweet enough to explain what she was doing to my sons as she installed it.
