Heather and Jennifer are amazing!! I came in to get a new headlight for my truck and they both ended up replacing the lights themselves, late on New Year’s Eve. They were so sweet and Jennifer gave us a couple of flashlights to keep. Highly recommend going here!

At 11:14 today which is 23 December I was in the parking lot as O’Reillys and needed oil stopped in. I am faithful AutoZone customer but it was right there and I keep getting text messages with a five dollar coupon because I have the app and all, I go to the counter talk to the lady and explain the problem that I’ve been having with my truck. She could care less every single one of her answers was no or I don’t know she didn’t do anything to Tri and Help. There was literally at least three employees. She didn’t ask anybody who might know or try to look up something for me. She looked at me like I was bothering her. She just stared at me now being that I’m on chemo and radiation. I look like hell I get it but that is no reason to be a horrible customer service person is the store manager manager of Sears in San Diego for almost 10 years I know there are a lot of loyal Sears customers out there and can understand the quality of customer service. It really upsets me when you go into a place and you need help because you can’t afford to take your truck to the dealer. Where do you go to an auto parts store I do not recommend this one at all except there was a lady on a ladder, stocking shelves. She was in a great mood, and she helped me just by being in a good mood. Thank you for your time.Sincerely, WilliamI just scroll down and read Amber‘s review. I feel extremely sorry for you Amber with the customer service that they have that would explain why I was the only customer in the store so for anybody looking for anything please take my advice, and Amber’s do not go anywhere near that store.

I am writing this review to share my personal experience with the manager Charlie at the 35th Ave and Union Hills location. Approximately in August 2023 I went into O'Reilly's to ask if they would help me because my car battery had died because I left my lights on while shopping nearby. Charlie sent a male employee with a jump box to help me jump my car. When he hooked up the cables to my battery he crossed the the positive to negative and visaversa. Unknowingly to me he told me to try starting my car and in doing so I heard an electrical frying sound throughout my speakers. I got out and told him the sound I heard and car would not start. I looked at the battery and realized he did not hook them up correctly. Realizing that my car was no longer responding whatsoever. The gentleman was upset and expressing that he was sorry and that they(O'Reilly's Auto Parts) would fix the car and expressed that another employee a few months ago had done the same thing and cost O'Reilly's approximately $3,800 to repair the car the was damaged due to an employee crossing the cables on the battery. After approximately 4 hours they replaced a fuse and the battery that the employee fried during the crossing of the cables. I thanked them and went on my way. Fast forward until now December 8th, 2023 I went into O'Reilly's and spoke to Charlie the manager and expressed to him that over the past week my car needed jumped several times and asked if he would be able to test the battery that he replaced back in August when his employee fried my new battery and main fuse. Not only did he give me attitude, but he also told me to take the battery out and bring it in and offering no help. I unhooked the battery and brought it in and Charlie tested it and said it was dead and no good. I then asked him if he was able to replace it and he became absolutely unhinged yelling at me telling me that he did me a favor by replacing the battery and fuse his employee blew on my car. I shared with him that his employee took the battery out of car after he replaced it and no longer had my battery. I also noticed that they(O'Reilly's Auto Parts) removed the stickers and warranty off of the battery in an attempt to keep me from being able to warranty the battery they replaced. I asked them for a copy of the receipt to the battery and fuse that they replaced and would not give it to me. Which leads me to believe that the manager probably gave me a faulty battery or a battery that was not purchased or charged out appropriately and told me it is not their fault nor responsibility. I expressed to him that I was unable to buy a battery at this time because I don't have the extra money and he yelled at me when I said I didn't agree with the way he was handling the situation. He also said his employee told me that there would not be a warranty on the battery back in August when they replaced it. I told him that was inaccurate and I even told him I would not have been okay with that when the battery they replaced had a warranty on it. I would only accept the same thing I had already and that was a battery with a warranty. I am now left with a bad battery and a horrible experience.I am extremely disappointed with Charlie and way he treated me, defrauded me, and the lack of professionalism. I will never go back to another O'Reilly's and I will share my horrible experience with anyone who ever mentions needing an auto parts place and to never go to O'Reilly's.

Brought my car in for a battery check. Shelby was super quick to test the battery and then even change it for us! Total process was like 10 minutes. Thank you, Shelby!

I don’t typically leave reviews… but today was noteworthy. Pretty sure the woman I dealt with at 35th Ave., and Union Hills was on something. My cars notification literally indicated that I needed a low beam headlight…..she argued again and again that it was my running lights and that I needed to replace both …BOTH of them (buy the 2 pack). I explained to her (& showed her) where my running lights were, and that it was my low beam that was out. I literally had to google to make sure that she was selling me the right part! I don’t know much about cars and headlights, but apparently my car, and I know more than she did!

Me and my 2 other friends went to this O’Reilly to buy a tire shine bottle, and after we bought the tire shine we got inside our cars and one employee came out yelling at us saying we stole the bottle of tire shine, I just showed him the receipt and he just threw back at me without saying sorry. Me and my friends went back inside the store and spoke to the other employee that sold us the tire shine and she apologized and later on the guy that yelled at us did too. I rarely complain about these types of things, but the way he yelled us and claimed we stole a $13.02 tire shine bottle felt really disrespectful and humiliating.

Me and my two friends went inside to buy tire-shine when one of the older employees had a look on us when we entered, after we paid we went back on our cars, he came out and started emoting at me and yelled very rudely and confidently stating that “ who’s gonna pay”!!! my friend showed the recipe and then threw the recipe back to him and went into the store. He accused us of stealing and probably profiled us too .He’s a bad old soft hands grumpy man smh

Thank you to Heather and Steve at this store!! I was unfortunately unaware of a serious issue with my battery and they helped to remove the corrosion and replace my battery with no additional labor charge. The customer service is always amazing when I come there but this time really takes the cake. So to Heather and Steve and O’Reilly in general THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! I will remain a loyal customer.

Steven and Jennifer were great went above and beyond to help me out to find parts for my vehicle. They dealt with all my questions and never acted like I was a trouble for them. There are still good people in the world kudos to you both appreciate it so much.
