I recently went in the store to purchase some power steering fluid for my truck. Keith & Wayne noticed that my belt on my truck was squeaking really bad. They came to look at it and realized that the serpentine belt was routed wrong. Grabbed a serpentine wrench and routed my belt that correct way. They have great customer service and knowledgeable about vehicles. 10 out of 10.

Went into this location today. Not a single customer in sight. Witnessed Tami the manager training a gentleman who was learning their pc system & she was raising her voice at him and demeaning him as I stood in front of them waiting for help. I never got help, so I walked out. She could have cared less. I will never return to this store. What ever happened to customer service and simply being polite?

I had a dead battery in my car this past weekend. The gentleman that helped me was the Assistant Manager and I hate that I have forgotten his name. He was most helpful in answering questions and guiding me through a purchase of a new battery and core charge return. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer services skills. I am obviously a nerdy geek and he is obviously a Harley Davidson Guy and he treated me with the greatest respect and helped me understand everything. I will be glad to return to this O'Reilly Auto Parts whenever I am in need. Thank you. You were a great help to me.

Brought my car by my sunvisor broke the guy tried really hard but the case inside was cracked so he took it off so I could see when I drive genuinely appreciate the help they are always very helpful

Absolutely phenomenal service at this location! I was lucky enough to get help from the assistant manager John. He truly went above and beyond in assisting me with my vehicle today. I truly appreciate the time he took to help me with my car! 5 star service for sure!! Thank you so much for your assistance, it meant the world to me! I definitely recommend this location. They treat you better than family!
