We always use O'Reilly's to get our parts. They deliver on time and with a smile. Starting with the phone and ending with the delivery drivers. My favorite driver is Veronica, she is always so happy and cheerful and willing to help with great ideas. She puts a big smile on my face when she stops by :)

I just needed a small part for my battery, and they were my 4th stop...! They showed me the problem, and had it ready in 5 minutes with a friendly smile. I'll definitely be back.

I’m getting too old, and I can’t keep up with the way things work now. You see when I worked in retail and the store closed at 10 o’clock we didn’t get to lock the door and close the metal shutters and turn off the lights until after 10 o’clock.I always forget that work is so hard for this generation, and they deserve to call it quits a little early after all, they are breaking their backs and sweating all day in the air-conditioned inside of a building and it’s hard work.I would give one star, but I don’t want anybody to have a panic attack or maybe get sad. I mean I relate. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked at that door and thought I really want to just close up and go home early natural. I’m just surprised they’re allowed to.
