I love this store and have never had a bad experience, but the associate Julia was very rude. Not sure if this is her first job but that’s not how you treat customers. I’m disappointed that training isn’t available for employees in need.

Amazing customer service at the Desert Ridge location compared to the other locations that just don’t care.
Julia was amazing and super helpful, making it our first positive shopping experience with Pacsun after a trend of challenging interactions with other locations!
